When my daughter asked few more fruits for her drink they rejected. I said I’m ready to pay, but they said “nothing we can do, sorry”. I don’t understand when you don’t want to make your clients completely satisfied, especially when they pay extra.

They really take care of you and want you to enjoy your visit. They greet you with a cheery good morning !! And they work soooooo fast. The drive through was backed up though so plan accordingly.

The Guy who working on weekend very rude we order caramel m and taste like milk I understand the busy time but where it’s not a lot of people this Starbucks was made the best coffee right now I’m really disappointed when you ask please make another one he get angry and tell don’t yell on him the blond tall guy that’s is worst experience for past couple days he don’t know any manners and how to to talk with customer that’s really sad if you don’t know how to treat people plus he do coffe and another girl just simple not we order that’s really make annoying

Workers kept gossiping with each other instead of taking care of the line inside the lobby! My drink was made and left in the counter in the back until I tried to get the attention of a worker (tattoos on her arms) to get her to hand it to me she totally ignored me !! Love this location. Baristas create concoctions like a well choreographed dance. I visit at different times and order from different crews and find the service is always great and my order is always tasty. It’s a popular location. I go in and avoid the long drive thru lane.

The staff at this location was one of the best. They seemed to be enjoying the work and were very cheerful. Overall a very positive vibe at this location. I had questions regarding the availability of green tea, they patiently explained different varieties available and helped me choose. I also had questions on sugar free chai Latte, which is not available. Overall a great experience.
