What a lovely stuff and wonderful people. So far in my eight years of experience the Starbucks Customer Service at this store was unbeatable. I am never given positive star ratings. Almost for any Starbucks store but the staff made my day. Thank You for a wonderful service. Take care, and she really handled very well. The concern that I had about the payment. It was already done from my account but pending. So the staff taking care of this matter wasn’t a very professional manor, which is I would say beyond the level of Starbucks and this wonderful lady. She deserves a raise for that. Thank you again.

Do not dare to ask for light ice or even make simple conversation. Starbucks is known for building connections but something is clearly wrong with the hiring. Staff fill the entire cup with ice and you only get 4 sips out of a grande. When I pulled to the window I was ignored and then when they finally opened the window specifically the blonde lady all she said was “here” and shoved the drink in my face. (NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU BUT ME) Then left without telling me “let me quickly grab your other item.” Slammed the window on me after I told her to have a good night. I hope you have a staff meeting about customer service and how to properly follow directions as I didn’t know 2 words “light ice” meant filling the whole cup with ice. The other day a new hire was at the window. She is very nice and I hope she doesn’t let her rude co workers ruin that for her.

Needed to take a little “pit stop” & this has nothing I needed. No restroom, tables, chairs, or anything that I like about Starbucks stores.
It did have friendly & helpful employees who apologized (probably for the umpteenth time today).
The shop offering coffee further down the building was hustling! Lots of people enjoying themselves & at least 4 work groups. I went over there & it was lovely. Purchased over $25 worth of merch.

Windy City
Had a great morning at the Starbucks in Oak Brook today! The barista was super friendly and whipped up my pumpkin spice latte just right—creamy, spiced perfection. And I’m so excited that the pumpkin and pecan lattes are finally here; the pecan one was a nutty, indulgent twist I didn’t know I needed. Quick service, cozy vibe, and that classic fall aroma everywhere. Totally made my day—heading back tomorrow! 5 stars

If i could give this place zero stars i would but that’s not possible so i give it a one. Customer service has completely degenerated here. The girl who has curly hair and glasses has no sense of customer service. I’m not talking going above and beyond since it’s a drive thru but just saying “hi here’s your order what else would you like to order” rather than throwing (quite literally) my food and drinks in my face and being so quick to keep putting my order as complete while I’m still talking. I understand having an off day at work since i too work in customer service, however the energy you have outside of work is where u leave it and do not bring into the work place. I ordered a drink to which it was made completely wrong. She was quick to get me out of the drive thru when no one was behind me and no words were exchanged. She slammed open the window and walked away. Made it seem asking for a bag was like asking for her arm and leg. I go to Starbucks nearly everyday for years now since i do enjoy the customer service i receive and the food they make. I’ve never in my life have had such horrible service. (I will attach photos of the drink i ordered and the one i received). I avoid purposely going to this Starbucks because of how bad the service is. Not everyone there is awful I’ve had the chance to meet amazing ppl who work here. Although this girl really needs to have a sit down with her superior and reevaluate her behavior in the workplace. If a simple barista job makes you that miserable you should look into a new one.

This Starbucks Doesn’t have any menus on the wall so you better know what your ordering before you arrive, no self service cases, my drink was not filled to the top… the drink carriers are so flimsy now don’t expect t them to hold drinks properly. I get cutting corners to a sense but this is very sad indeed. I would never recommend this location. Do better Starbucks!!
