After listening to the employees laugh about not knowing if they made the last drinks correctly, i should have left.

The drinks were fine but terrible service from the two young ladies working there, they seemed pretty young like teenagers so I understand it to a degree but they were both so checked out and on their phones the whole time, that they forgot to make our second drink and when we asked about it, instead of apologising for the mistake, just gave attitude as if we were being Karens for politely following up about where it was. I think a manager needs to have a word as its giving the place a bad impression

Terrible drinks and poor customer service . The attitude of the Hispanic lady and the African American guy was terrible, she was checking her cell all the time and can care less about customers, and that guy was super lazy with a terrible attitude and don’t even know how to make drinks the right way. I love Starbucks, but I will never come back to this one.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but don’t waste your time coming to this one. The lady was not at the counter when I arrived (8:25am), and when she finally got there, she took her sweet time to take my order and make my 1 drink. I asked for extra vanilla syrup, and it was definitely not added even though she said she did.

I treated my girls to a drink today at Starbucks in Target and there was one employee working. This was about 4:00 (Friday). She was friendly, polite, and efficient. I didn’t it catch her name but she was very patient with my kids (working on how to order themselves) and handled the lines very well. I scraped together a small monetary tip because I never have cash but wanted to make sure her managers realize how awesome she was. Starbucks/ Target is lucky to have her!

Went here the other day and this blonde girl made my drink the color was not right at all. I asked her nicely if she can add more strawberry juice because it tasted so watered down. She rolled her eyes and when she poured it in she dumped it all over my hand and was beyond rude.

Great coffee. I greatly appreciate it. Especially the Carmel Cloud Ice maciato(If that’s how you spell it?). They have nice service and really nice people, Who work hard there to make you happy. So when you go there please don’t be mean to the workers also please give your real name or else they aren’t going to read any weird or inappropriate names.

I told them that they need to update the hours she was like that’s not my department and I was like you should at least pretend like you care when you’re on the job and walked out LOL I don’t know if it’s the manager being too laid-back or if they’re so shorthanded they’re OK with any warm body
