The manager, Joe gets an A+ in customer service!

Every time I walk into the store, he has a big smile on his face. He’s so welcoming and friendly. He always has something nice to say to me. He makes me want to keep coming back for coffee.

All of the staff is very nice and friendly. The store is clean, the coffee is great, of course and I love looking at the display of products. It’s always an awesome display!

This is my go-to place for great coffee, great customer service and a place to feel welcome.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for a while, and unfortunately I had another uncomfortable experience today. The barista working the drive-thru (Lucy) was not friendly and made the interaction awkward from the start.

My friend was driving because I literally don’t have my license yet. She currently has a cast on her arm but still offered to drive. While we were paying, the tip screen was pushed toward us quickly, and when my friend struggled to press the button with her cast, the barista told me I “should be helping her because she has a cast.” I was already holding our drinks and other items for her, so that comment felt unnecessary and rude.

She then gave me a dirty look and said, “Next time why don’t you drive, just a suggestion,” which felt completely out of line especially considering I don’t even have a license. That comment was unprofessional and inappropriate.

On top of that, she also messed up my friend’s drink. After an interaction like that, the least we expect is for the order to be correct.

I understand everyone can have off days, but customers shouldn’t feel judged or spoken to that way over a simple drive-thru visit. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

I just came through the drive-thru. As I got home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed that there was a gratuity added without my consent or knowledge. Looking back, the payment was already on the “Ready to Pay” window, instead of the “Gratuity” page. I am shocked that this is how Starbucks treats its customers and how they train their employees to be. If I hadn’t asked for my receipt, the older woman who took my order, would have gotten away with it scotch free. I can only imagine how many other people she’s done this to. Very disappointed!

My order was 20 minutes late and both baristas were very unapologetic and rude about me asking about my order.. It was Dec 31 at 9:30 am. Such a sad way to start my last day of 2025 especially when I have been a customer for so long and wanted to treat myself to something nice.

I commend the friendly staff for the consistently outstanding service throughout the years! Always a clean environment that serves fresh and hot drinks. As it is becoming harder to find and experience quality service these days, the district manager needs to utilize this particular location as an exemplary model for training purposes. Come here for holiday cheers!
