It’s Starbucks—you know exactly what you’re getting. The app makes it easy to skip the line, and the new 2026 Winter Menu (the Pistachio Cortado is great!) keeps things interesting. However, the prices are getting harder to justify. I paid nearly $7 tall latte today. It’s consistent and the staff is usually friendly, but it definitely feels more like an ‘assembly line’ than a coffee shop these days.

I’ve always ordered from this location, never had an issue till today. I was waiting for my mobile order and I was the only one in the store and the girl making my drink made a comment of what I got. I shouldn’t have to feel judge for a drink but I was by the employees there. Truly very disappointed in this. If it’s not your choice of drink don’t say anything at all. Everyone has a right to their opinions but maybe it’s best to not saying openly when a customer is waiting on their drink.

The batistas were clearly busy, I ordered my drink but it took about 15 minutes for it to be made. Everyone who worked there was super nice, even to the two women who bothered them every minute about their drinks. I was about ready to tell them that the more they bother the employees the longer their drinks are going to take but instead took their photos 🙂 shame on them, good job starbucks employees!

I’m so thankful for this Starbucks to be open. My husband and I work a long 12 hours shift and we always need our coffee in the morning. We are always coming around 430am Mondays and Tuesdays. Thank you Starbucks employees for being there for us when we need it.

Can’t speak from experience from going to this location in person, but I frequently order from Starbucks through Uber Eats, and today it came from this location. After my order is submitted I get a call from the location saying they were out of my preferred sandwich. While I like the chicken caprese, I was thankful they let me know in advance, and didn’t mind getting a different sandwich(you really can’t go wrong in my opinion). And then when u received my order, they left this note, and it is so amazing they took the extra few seconds to write this. My order was an hour late, but they made sure I was happy with the order, and that was worth the wait. So thank you from a satisfied nursing home employee!

Screamed at me for getting there too early after placing a mobile order. Next time I placed a mobile order I waited in their drive through for 25 mins to get a watery drink. Don’t scream at your customers. There’s a reason to place orders and arrive quick at this location. It’s because you wait 30 minutes and the drive-through and then your ice drink gets watered down.
