After a long day working my family wanted to surprise me with a coffee the usual place was already closed so the decided to drive here, the line was long and it took them about 10 minutes to get my coffee, and when they gave it to me it felt lighter, so this is what we got, charged for a venti but received a tall, what a disappointment, I know mistakes can happen and because they were busy probably the amout was miscalculated, but say that and dont charge for one size and give less!

I absolutely love this Starbucks, so I am very saddened to have to write this review… and it is all because of one person. It’s true how one bad apple can truly ruin the bunch. I believe this man is a manager in the mornings and he is an absolute tyrant. He is a white, bald man, I believe his name is Chris? He is unpleasant, unkind, and frankly beyond disrespectful. This goes for the customers, but specifically to the other employees. Every morning when I get my coffee, I see this man barking orders and berating his employees. He seems to talk down to them so much that they look so beaten down and sad. It’s incredibly heartbreaking to see. These employees are clearly just trying to do their jobs and he’s making it impossible. On the other hand, the baristas themselves are AMAZING! They are the ONLY reason I gave this store more than one star. I often interact with them and they are delightful and beyond helpful. Most of them, of course. However, when I have to interact with the bald, white man, my day instantly gets worse. I hope a higher up sees the reviews regarding this man specifically, and does something about it. Or even better, I hope HE sees them and checks himself. Because his behavior is just unacceptable. To this Chris guy, you have amazing employees and you need to treat them with respect. Do better… Or you will be the demise of your store. That I can guarantee.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at the Starbucks location on Oaklawn (95 Oaklawn).

While placing my order, my children were with me and they were also ordering for themselves. They were reading the ingredients from their phone, which took a little extra time. The employee taking the order appeared very upset, raised his voice, and had an unkind attitude. These were children, and the situation made them uncomfortable.

When we reached the window, I asked why he seemed upset. He responded by calling the manager over, and the manager said that no one was upset. Unfortunately, both the employee and the manager continued to speak in a rude and dismissive manner. Their behavior was not friendly or respectful at all.

This was very upsetting for me and especially for my children. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this at Starbucks. Usually, the staff are very kind, patient, and welcoming, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope this issue can be addressed. Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

this Starbucks sucks. I understand that they’re cleaning up, but it says online Starbucks closes at nine. I went through the drive-thru around 8:05, no response. I went to the window, no response. so, I went inside and all they said was “we’re closed I forgot to close the door”. went to another Starbucks around 8:20 and they handed me my drink without a problem. Supposedly this Starbucks closes at 9, but its lazy workers say otherwise.

Repeatedly getting my order wrong. The price varies for the same item every day somehow. And this last time they argued with me that the drink was correct but the price and description were incorrect, they adjusted the price but I could smell the wrong drink. Sure enough it was the wrong drink. That’s the last time I will visit a Starbucks

This Starbucks is my absolute favorite! The team here is amazing – they’re always so friendly and welcoming. I love that they know my name and my order. They make the best coffee and always have a smile on their faces. They always go above and beyond. They write my name in cute designs and leave the sweetest compliments on my cup. It makes my day to see their friendly faces and enjoy such a positive vibe. I highly recommend this location!

Consistently even when ordering ahead I get told to park and have a 20 to 25 minute wait. This is the closest starbucks to my child’s school I frequent often. I don’t ever care about promotions or anything running i just want my coffee. Constantly being told to park and wait is annoying if you can’t fill orders on a regular day dont do online ordering. Also maybe have some courtesy to your customers because being spoken to rudely doesn’t go far in the service industry.

Starbucks has become my go to for iced coffee, the cold brew chocolate cream is my favorite. This spot was OK and the service was good. But my girls brown sugar shaken espresso needed more flavor. Tasted kind of boring.

Hey everyone! ☺️ I went to this Starbucks in Oak Lawn today on March 1, 2023. I went to this Starbucks for a remote work day. I arrived at this location a little before 8:30 am. I left around 12 pm for lunch. I came back around 1 pm. Finally, finished my remote work day & left around 4:20 ish pm. I ordered my go-to drink, a strawberry açaí lemonade. This drink never disappoints. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I definitely plan to come back here when I have remote work days and want to get out of the house.

• The staff was nice
• My order was made pretty quick
• Little to no line throughout the entire time I was there (8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
• Nice variety in seating (couches, single couches, & 1 long table in the back)
• The wi-fi was really easy to connect to (I’ve had issues with connecting to wi-fi at some Starbucks locations, definitely varies)
• The music wasn’t played so loud (just the way I like it)
• One of the baristas was nice in taking my order & another barista was nice for letting me know what the code was to use the bathroom when I asked her

I just want to mention that these bathrooms are locked, and you need a code to get in. I am terrible with numbers and literally can never get into the bathroom. So I just want Starbucks to know. This is my latest favorite feature… locked bathrooms are ridiculous. I have to try and remember not to go to these locations.
