My girlfriend bought a coffee and was waiting for me inside. I went to meet her and was kicked out immediately because I had sat down without ordering yet. I was getting a lyft ready before I ordered.
It was a chunky girl with glasses and sandy brown hair. My girlfriend with coffee in hand, told her we were there together. She still kicked me out. After that, made me extremely uncomfortable by watching me through the windows as if i had done something wrong. As a person if color in a suburb, it was a horrible experience. Was in the area for an interview. Definitely wont be getting anything from that location.

Terrible experience with worker who had a horrible attitude over a mistake that was her own not mine. Later found out that she was the manager of the store. Absolutely unbelievable that a company would want someone like her to represent their management.

The best thing about the new N.L. Starbucks is that I can walk to it!! Everything is clean and fresh as should be expected at a 2-week-old coffee shop. I look forward to having many, many drinks there while I enjoy my reading!!

So I orders a grilled cheese and I usually love this Starbucks but when my order got to my house they put a danish in my bag instead of a grilled cheese when it CLEARLY says grilled cheese on the bag. I have never been more disappointed in a food restaurant. They have never don’t anything like this and there is a big price difference. I am so mad. After calling the story multiple times I got no response.
