I’m leaving a 5-star review because I come here daily, the service and food are consistently great, and the staff is usually wonderful.
That said, I wanted to share something that caught me very off guard. Yesterday morning around 6:20 AM, a barista wrote “your” on one cup and “gay” on the other. I want to be clear that I don’t know if this was intentional or a misunderstanding, and I’m not accusing anyone of malicious intent.
However, as a gay man, seeing that on my cup was extremely jarring. I didn’t even notice it myself at first, a coworker pointed it out to me later, which made it even more uncomfortable.
I’m sharing this because I truly enjoy this location and want it to continue being a welcoming space for everyone. I believe this was likely a mistake, but it’s something worth being mindful of moving forward.

I work at a starbucks myself and decided ti get an easy drink I usually make myself. I orders a shaken expresso with 3BS 3WM 3DC and made with vanilla sweet cream. I also communicate what I wanted very well by saying made with VSC INSTEAD of oatmilk. First at the drive thru i saw them put more ice to fill the cup up and THEN adding vanilla sweet cream, because it was not made with vanilla sweet cream but another milk. when tasting the drink there was no brown sugar or white mocha, just carmal. I payed $1.25 and 89 cents for my add on but didn’t receive most. This is my third time here, ordering a different drink each time. It seems to be that the barista can’t make drink with add in ingredients other than core drinks. Friendly people though!

The level of unprofessional behavior from the baristas at the drive through today named Hannah has me thinking of cutting up my Starbucks card , I have been a long time customer and it will be the last time I spend my money at this location ( I will be calling corporate to demand she be retained or terminated) 5 coffee places in this town more then happy to take my money . I normally don’t use google but he has my blood pressure higher then the 15th floor !!!!! I urge everyone that sees this post to go to any other Starbucks to show how unhappy we are with the staff or manager to let Hanna destroy their good name .

This starbucks always has such great customer connection! Larry always puts a smile on my face in the morning! Caitlyn and Alana always make the moment right in the drive thru as well! I would recommend this starbucks to everyone!

Hannah is the best barista I’ve ever had. She was kind and polite to me. She treated me and my friends with grace and kindness. I can’t imagine dealing with some of these customers though, huge props to her!

Hannah was beyond rude. When our order was wrong she started off with a major attitude. She charged me for a more expensive drink twice and when I brought it to her attention she said “I have cars waiting so that’s your problem.” Do better with staff selection. I’ll visit the one in Channahon from now on.

We went inside. There was one person in front of us who’s already ordered. They were really slow…… Maybe the drive thru would’ve been quicker and the guys working at the window seemed nicer too.

Would you like some COFFEE with your ICE?? My $7 drink was about 75% full of ice. Even after I finished it- an hour after starting- it was still over half full of ice. I travel for work and get coffee from all over (including Dunkin, Scooter’s, Tim Horton’s, etc.), most recently at Starbucks in IL in Joliet, Paris, Morris, and Ottawa, in Las Vegas; point being, this is by far the most ice I’ve received in a drink. And FTR, there is no “ice” option on the app for the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.

Just came this morning to grab a ham and cheese croissant. Was smashed some, didn’t get a receipt, and girl was rude. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything just gives the croissant and says nothing.
Don’t like the tip thing either, won’t be back.
