They do NOT open at 4:30 they opened at 5am. I was late to work dealing with this crap. Placed a mobile order set to be ready by 4:40am. Store completely dark. I watched every worker get out of their car and walk in at 5am on the dot. This is not ok. Update your online hours and stop allowing in app purchases before you open. I only stuck around because it was pre paid and getting a refund probably would’ve been a nightmare

I dont like to complain but this time i got really mad because i bought 2 capuchinos and one of them was empty and they both taste burn and nasty i was very un happy with my purchase never again ill buy a capuchino after stirring my coffe

I visit a lot of Starbucks stores since my job requires me to commute to various places but this store is by far the best Starbucks i have visited! The girls here are on top of it, super friendly, efficient and make sure drinks are made correctly. I really enjoy stopping here to get my coffee when I work in Romeoville. 100% recommend!!

The place had a good ambiance but was only clean for(4 ⭐ rating ). But the barista was really nice and treated every customer as . The small drawbacks were a little unclean and food wasn’t that great to my expectations (comparing the Starbucks I have visited).
Overall worth it.

This is by far the hardest working, friendliest and most efficient Starbucks crew I have ever encountered. My order is always correct, if I’m standing there for more than 20 seconds they check on me and the status of my drink, when they are flooded with a massive group of people they are focused, patient and work well together.
These people all deserve raises. Please. Someone. Give them a raise.

Im usually not one to complain but it has been happening a couple of times and it gets annoying that every time I order to pick up through the drive through my drink isn’t completely mixed. All my syrups are always in the bottom, if I’m ordering through the drive through it means I’m driving to my destination and can’t multi task especially when driving. Please mix the syrups with my coffee correctly!!

This Starbucks location is full of nice welcoming people. I love to come here to do some homework and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plus is that they never take too long to get my order out wether that is through the drive through or dining in!

There are a lot of Starbucks I can go to, but after my experience on Monday, I’ll be going to this location ALWAYS! Not only were they speedy fast and order completely correct, but their customer experience was out of this world. Sarah handled taking my order and greeting me at the window. She was patient, kind, and SO FRIENDLY. It made such a difference. Usually drive through attendants want nothing more than the payment and giving you your order. However, Sarah kept the window open, asked about my weekend, we talked about our young kids, and she remembered my name when she handed me my order. The interaction made me feel really good and I definitely will be returning to this location whenever I can – and I hope to see Sarah!!
