My first time at this store. The coffee was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also got to meet the district manager and she asked how our coffee was. We told her we go to many different Starbucks and have always got great service. We never have anything bad to say about the company. We rather go inside and meet the staff and get to know them. My children always go thru the drive-up. But not us,I always like going inside.

This may look like every other Starbucks but it is not. This location is much more special. I go out of my way to drive to this location because the Baristas here are on point. They always make every one of my drink perfectly and as my kid likes to say, they bussin!

The store opens at 4:30 in the morning. I pulled up to the sign At 4:35 AM and then to the window when nobody spoke to me. At the window, I saw a girl who was counting money. She looked right at me and turned around. I watched her put the money in the drawer and then she turned around and started doing something with The cardboard cupholders. I waited a few minutes and then I drove around the building and went back to the sign and waited to be greeted. She did not greet me. I went back to the window we again she didn’t greet me by this point it was 447 am And I had to get to work. I wasted about 10 minutes of my morning. Driving to work I called the store and talked to a girl and told her what happened and she said no that wasn’t our store. It was and that was incredibly rude. Just make a sign to say I’ll be with you in a minute. I don’t think she had any intentions of being with me at any time in the near future

This is my local go-to Starbucks. The drinks are usually better than any of the other Starbucks in the area, though when asking for light ice, it is a hit or miss as to if you’ll actually get it.

They heat up good food and make good drinks, however the outdoor seating was filthy. We had to bring our own wipes to try to clean it up. Please clean the outdoor areas more often.

Shocked they have no coffee because they haven’t cleaned their coffee machines. It’s 7:20 am on a Friday. You guys have to figure things out. A starbucks without coffee is wild.

Im very thankful this location opened up near my home. The starbucks on bolingbrook dr. was horrible. I was about to give up on starbeezy until this new starbucks arrived. Very consistent with the drinks i order. Taste delicious. Rarely have had any issues. Always friendly when I go inside to pick up my order. It also conveniently located next to traffic light making it easy to get back onto Boughton. Thank you and keep up the good work!

While Starbucks is more of an expensive coffee place, I give this location 5 stars because the employees are really friendly.
Not only did they make my drink properly and make decent suggestions, they reminded me about the free red cup day if I planned to return the next day.
I have been to this location since they opened, and have not had a bad drink.
They are also pretty quick when it comes to preparing online orders.
The only negative is they have a small parking lot if you plan to dine in kama they are more of a drive thru location. There is a parking lot for the bank you can park at if their spaces are full, but there isn’t a sidewalk to easily get to the restaurant.

I’ve been to several Starbucks locations and this by far is the nicest I’ve ever seen or been to. We were the only costumers when I went and staff said business has been slow here. Sad considering the location and the work that went into this location making it so nice inside and outside with the large patio, and extra long drive thru. Staff was friendly and made our order quickly.
