This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations, and I truly enjoy coming here. The staff is consistently kind and hardworking, and I always give this store five stars. This note is meant kindly and respectfully for the manager.
Dear Manager,
I noticed that the baristas working by the window are really cold. The heater above them doesn’t seem to be functioning properly. I understand they had asked about a space heater and were told no, and I completely understand that decisions like that aren’t always simple, although don’t have to be expensive or come out of the company’s budget.
That said, your employees spend long hours standing in that spot, taking care of the rest of us as we come in or drive through, often juggling many different personalities and demands with grace. They really do deserve a bit of comfort while they work.
I went ahead and ordered a small space heater for them, which cost $33 and was delivered right away from our local Hone Depot. It felt like a simple way to help. I hope it can stay there, and that no one feels uncomfortable for accepting it—it was given with good intentions and appreciation.
Thank you for hiring such wonderful people. I know it’s not easy to find and keep good employees, and small acts of care can make a meaningful difference in morale.

To my iced brown sugar SHAKEN espresso community – this Starbucks is not the one to go to. The employee only shook it 3 times ! When I ordered the employee also asked how do you spell the name Natalie which is the first time I’ve ever heard any Starbucks employee ask how to spell a name. The atmosphere was really cool though it’s nice inside and the bathrooms were clean.

Always a pleasant and relaxing experience. However, today (Columbus Day), the manager let the napkins run out around store, and seemed to find it difficult to resupply the store or even hand me a few napkins without it being an effort. Subsequently, she just lacked any courtesy in her other interaction with me. More of a manager lacking skills kind of issue. Store tends to be not the cleanest, as well.

This is a very busy location especially Serving Lincoln Way, East high school directly across the street, but the staff is extremely friendly and works hard to keep the flow going. Hugh cafe available unlike any of the surrounding Starbucks. Lots of tables and chairs and outside tables available as well.

Waited over 25 minutes in line at the drive through and I was only second in line. This store is not hiring enough employees (3 on shift today) as I hear the lobby is having the same problem-customers waiting over a half hour for drinks. Please make improvements.

Waited 20 minutes for half my order to come out before I finally asked where the rest of it was, when they finally found it, the cup had been half made a while ago and just left on the counter uncovered. Rather than make a new one they just gave me the old coffee that had been sitting there uncoupled melting and getting watered down on the counter for 20 min.

The atmosphere when I usually visit afterschool is pretty noisy , but it is a vibe when its very chill and silent .. After making a delivery I got my coffee and my cakepop ; My cakepop was delicious 5/5 nothing bad to say , but my coffee on the other had is big 0/5 . I cannot stress enough to not deliver from this place , but instead go in person so you can taste your order and ask for something to be remade or refined . The workers are very sweet but my coffee was bitter , little to no cold foam , and had 0 flavor to it . I ordered a Iced Pecan Crunch Oat Latte . After speaking with customer service agent Natash (or Nat) , I had recieved no help and was told I couldnt get a refund , nor could I get a different one sent . I had never wanted to cry over a much needed coffee so badly than I do right now .
