The drink was a little light on the pour, okay if leaving room with coffee, but not okay for a nitro cb.

Gave me a drink I did not order. I tried returning the drink they gave me for the correct one I ordered, and the manager gave me attitude and told me no.
The drink I was trying to return hadn’t been touched, and the receipt proved I was right.
The drink I had originally ordered was more expensive due to the custom options I had requested and I haven’t gotten any of the custom options, nor did I get the correct drink.
Absolute terrible customer service. Whomever the manager was I spoke to should not be apart of their management team.

Poor attitude by Harley! Rushed at the speaker kept asking if that was all. And when we asked for extra ice. Which someone forgot to ring out they didn’t put it in our drinks so we asked for a cup of ice the whole time she seemed put out to do her job. We had one additional request for a ice water and she snapped at us as told us to order it at the speaker next time. Like Yeah duh, we if didn’t feel rushed at the speaker we would have remembered it unlike you remembering to put extra ice. All we were trying to do was get an order for our family back at the hospital where our father/father inlaw is have surgery. She was too busy worried about someone named “Morgan” leaving her shift or the job. Poor representation of the company. Also almost charged us the wrong order balance until we correct her. Like completely clocked out for the day, only there to collect a paycheck

Went to this location and ordered though the app the app said 3-6 minutes placed the order and show up 6 minutes later and the lady at the window said “did you just place that order” I said yes she goes “in the future when you do orders make sure you don’t just show up and give us time to actually prepare the order “ how rude and unprofessional never going there again

Drinks get made wrong or not up to standard more than once a week, yet we rarely ever get it fixed or call to say something. I called to get a drink fixed and as the other comments say, they will be condescending and just rant on about what they cant do versus what they can do.
