Very rude employee. I have no idea what’s been going on with the customer service around here lately but leave that garbage at the door when you clock in. I’ll never spend money at this place it’s unfortunate enough I have to deal with this girl for a DoorDash pickup. #BeBetter

The coffees were made very fast. However, they were still made well. My Americano was smooth and tasted perfectly balanced. This drink often varies in taste based on what location I’m at and who’s making it. At this location and made by Brandon, it was perfect!! Thanks Brandon.

Great location for a Starbucks!
I really liked the location of this particular Starbucks store because it’s off of Randall Road and really close to Costco. The staff was really friendly and the environment was both very relaxing and charming. There were clearly people in the cafe that were working remotely which is always a good sign to me.
Looking forward to stopping by again soon!

Ridiculous lines! Even if you have a mobile order they don’t let you save time and grab it because they lock the doors. This is making the lines twice as long and makes no sense. Start hiring people! Even without experience! Won’t be coming back to this Starbucks ! Other Starbucks are not run this poorly.

Literally in the bathroom rn crying as im writing this 🙁 I came here on a date and it went so bad, he Literally kept commenting on my weight and how I would look better if I lost weight 🙁 I came back and bree gave me a hug and gave me more water. Molly was there too and shes just a real one I can tell. I just wanted to write a good review highlighting how these baristas are total strangers but went the extra mile to make today just a little but better. Please recognize them and give them raises bc they were so so so kind to me in a very vulnerable moment.

They gave me the wrong drink or completely messed it up. This is supposed to be a mango dragon fruit, I have had this drink over 200 times in the last year never has it been grape juice. They don’t even have the correct color clearly missing the right ingredients
