This is hands down the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The ladies who work here are the kindest baristas I’ve ever met, and the drinks are always perfect and made quickly.
I come here to work for a few hours on Tuesdays, so I spend a decent amount of time in the store and I could watch how the baristas interact with other customers too, and it’s honestly impressive. They know many of the regulars by name and are genuinely friendly and welcoming to everyone. I’ve never experienced this at Starbucks before.
I truly love coming here☕️ I always feel welcomed, the atmosphere is great, and they even play really nice music.

My receipt doesn’t have a survey option; therefore, I’m leaving a review here. I was surprised by the baristas yesterday afternoon (Sunday, March 8th). It was not busy. A group of teenage girls left and one car was in the drive through. I waited to place an order for a couple of drinks and pieces of cake for family and friends. None of the young baristas acknowledged me. They glanced at each other to figure out who has to walk over. Eventually, one of the girls smirked at me and said a short greeting. I asked if they still have any marble cake left and she stared at me not knowing what a marble cake is. I guess it is no longer being offered, so I bought different pieces of cake instead. I moved over to the pickup area because a family walked in to place an order. I got my cold brew coffee and then I just stood there waiting, and waiting and waiting. I checked my receipt in case only one coffee was entered instead of three beverages. The family got their drinks and other treats. I asked if the barista was aware that I had an order for three drinks. A snarky comment came back informing me that they are working on it. They ran out of an ingredient. Honestly, a simple comment right when they found out that they ran out of something would have been helpful. No big deal! I completely understand that this can happen. They yelled a “have a great day” after the teenage girls when they left, but there was absolutely nothing when I left. It was overall a very disappointing experience. Maybe they were frustrated that they had to work on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and couldn’t spend time with their friends. I took note that I was not welcome there. I’ll drive to Coffee, Cones & Cabernet instead next time. They have a lovely atmosphere there and the staff members are pleasant.

I drive past 5 Starbucks on my way to work in the morning and the only one I consistently go to is the one on the corner of Bloomingdale and Army Trail Rd. The level of service at this one is off the charts!! The employees are always great and make every experience amazing! My drink is always perfect and they keep the drive thru running smoothly. Keep up the great work!! There is no better team of Barista’s than at this location!!!

Every time I pull up to the drive-through, they remember my order which I think is great. They always make my black tea exactly the way I want it and the exact amount of ice. I come here every other day on my way home from work.

I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told that they didn’t have enough change in the register so they could not accept my money. I don’t see why they couldn’t get more 20’s from their safe. I was very nice in giving my order. The Caucasian girl with tattoos at the window was very disrespectful, I will not be coming back.
