I’m usually an at-home coffee person, but without my coffee maker right now, I’ve been picking up Starbucks. It honestly bummed me out at first because I love the way I make it at home & I never really know what to order at a coffee shop to make it taste the same. The girl taking my order in the drive-thru at this location was so helpful, and then once I got to the window, Will was just such a warm & lovely person. You could tell he cared that my coffee was made well and really hoped I would like it — which, by the way, I really did!!
He obviously couldn’t have known, but I’m going through a lot personally in the last 48 hours with family stuff and my dog, and Will’s energy with me through the drive-thru really warmed my heart this morning. They accidentally made an extra blueberry muffin, and when he handed me my last drink he gave me a second one, I told him I had already gotten mine. He just smiled and told me to take it anyway. It was such a simple gesture, but it meant more than he knows.
I drove away with tears in my eyes, in the best way, feeling so warm from the kindness he showed. I really needed that today. Thank you, Will and the beautiful people who were working at this location this morning!

I’m not sure what’s up with the customer service here, but I’ve been to Starbucks all around multiple states and this is thee worst location for customer service I’ve ever been too.
They don’t like to honor re-make drinks, they aren’t apologetic, and they struggle to make drinks properly.
I get the same drink every single time with the protein cold foam and yesterday for some reason the bartista did not know how to make the cold foam..
It was basically just bubbles. So I came back to ask for it to be fixed and they refused that with the shaken espresso cold foam doesn’t really work, which makes NO sense. so they agreed to “remake it” and ended up giving me the same exact thing I don’t even think they actually even touched it. They just pretended to fix it and actually didn’t..
It really sucks because this Starbucks is so close to my house. It’s a shame that the management doesn’t have any guidelines for how to treat their customers.

5 days a week I get my coffee from them. I understand we are human and the mistake it happens. But 2 mistakes in one order same day with very rude chef ?? I stated my work at 10 am today, I had my coffee and went to work. When I arrived and got to my office to start drink it, I surprised the test was different and when I opened it, it was only milk no coffee!! I called them to see what happened and to explain to them I just started my work and I need my coffee. It wasn’t my fault and instead to be nice to me, a rude guy made me so mad and angry because he was talking over me and didn’t let me finish. And I left my work to go back to get the right coffee, it was ready but had whipped cream. I told him no whipped. And for sure I didn’t go back just told them 2nd times in a same day wrong coffee! I don’t know I feel second time he did it in purpose. This how I started my day with this location.

Ever since they refurbished this location a few years ago this place has gone downhill! they need new management I went in there two days in a row and the same sugar packet was on the floor no one saw it no one could pick it up?
they need to bring back the high top tables!!! It used to be fun to go there get out of my home office to do some work have a refresher and a cookie or brownie when I go there now it is blah atmosphere.
The staff is kind of friendly however they’re more robotic they don’t want to get to know the people that come in there all the time like the other staff used to.
