I go to the Starbucks almost religiously being how close it is to my job. The coffee is good better to the alternatives around this area, but today was unfortunately not as much of a pleasant experience as usual.

There is usually a tall, brow haired lady with glasses who helps navigate the morning rush and she’s excellent! Nice but firm especially when solicitors wander in, she handles it very well.

Today she wasn’t there and the usually girl who does good anymore, really short like shorter than anyone else in there, and dark black hair. She was I guess running the front and her disposition to guest were so rude. She unapologetically told guest straight up “I don’t know your name this is your order” she would roll her eyes when asked for a carrier. Like if someone has 3+ drinks is kind of expected they may want a carrier. And I know morning rushes can be tough but it’s better to say you can’t do something than to get up there and be rude to everyone that comes your way. Especially when you’re most likely the first person they’ve encountered in their day.

Either way hopefully the tall brown haired lady comes back soon! She’s amazing and definitely deserves any praises/recognition she gets!

I stop at this Starbucks at 11 AM. The cashier seemed in a bad mood and took my order like an automaton. Her face was full of hair and black spots, which did not give a good impression. There were many glasses on the counter for people who preordered. I asked for the bathroom code, but the cashier did not respond. The bathroom was filled with cleaning powder. When I returned, I had to ask which latte was mine, as the cashier with the facial hair did not ask for my name. Starbucks is definitely on the decline. Same old items on the menu and worse service.

I just want to say I had a great experience and wanted to shout out Debbie. I was having a terrible day and she was so kind, engaged with my young daughter and made sure our food was high quality. Thank you Debbie! The cookie was delicious!

I went Saturday evening to pick up my drinks. They were hot and ready. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and open. I ordered on the app. It wasn’t too busy. Easy pick up. Well versed on the menu. Great service.

Always go to this location, service is always great. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she is usually the person that waits on me, and she already knew what I wanted before I even said anything! Will always go to this location if I have a choice.

First off hire people who know how to handle cash instead of sitting there with a terrified look on their face when they are handed money. Second hire people who know how to read an order, if I order two drinks and pay for them I expect two drinks not to watch people who came in after me put an order in and leave after me because they didn’t see it said two. Please close this location.

This location is HORRIBLE! The customer service has really been the worst. The employees are rude and they don’t get your order right. The district manager NEVER returns your call about a complaint. Just very unprofessional and ignorant.

Overall it was a nice experience. They don’t have a drive thru service. Here is very good for pick up and short visiting.
4-5 seats are available to work, study..also, you can sit outside.
Chai tea latte was nice
There is a free parking close to here for 2 hours. Also self-pay parking is available.
