I previously left a positive review for Starbucks, but recent visits haven’t been a good experience for me. They’ve messed up my order on several occasions, including leaving out additions that cost extra. I’ve let it slide because I am fond of several of the baristas who work at the location, but today’s visit was the end of my graces. I ordered a simple drink with whipped cream, but upon receiving the drink there was no whipped cream. I asked the barista (I haven’t seen her here too much) to add some and she looked very annoyed. She did it, but when I said thanks so much and have a nice day, she completely ignored me and started speaking to the next customer. I understand she may have been having a bad day, but it was very saddening to experience this when I previously loved it here. I will probably still visit this location and hope I catch the baristas I’m fond of (Cheyanne, you are amazing!).

I visited this location on 8.20.25 and ordered the White Chocolate Mocha with almond milk, no whip, hot. (Forgive me for not leaving a review sooner.)
Anyway, the drink was perfect, and service was great! The young lady at the window, with the shorter hair, with blondish streaks / highlights, and bright white teeth and beautiful smile…
her Energy and service was great. I didn’t get her name, but I wanted to give her a shoutout for her amazing service and great Energy. Thank you.
Also, I appreciate the hot drink NOT tasting like the film of the cup. Whenever I’m in town, this is the ONLY Starbucks I visit.
My drinks from here always taste like they’ve always had, (before many Starbucks locations started using cheaper cup providers, or the cup providers started using cheaper materials, or whatever is causing hot drinks from many Starbucks locations, to taste like the “film” that “coats” the inside of the cups.)
Whoever is your cup provider, at this location, please keep using them, especially for the hot drinks.
Anyway, thank you, to the young lady at the window for great service, and this location, for maintaining the “original tastes” of the only drinks I can get from Starbucks, due to my stomach sensitivities.

The best place in town to get coffee, here or the one on campus. The service is always above and beyond with some of the most courteous staff members working the counter. The only real complaint, this coffee joint is pricey, but it is Starbucks.

This is literally the worst starbucks. They charge you for a large and then give u a small. When I spoke up , instead of them saying sorry (or anything really ) they give u an attitude. Yesterday, I came to get my free drink with my points and they didnt even fill it up all the way. I get it , it’s not that serious but if you are paying over 8 dollars for a drink they could at least fill the whole cup.

I come here quite a bit to catch up on work and try various assortment of coffees. I like that I can order drinks the way I want them – less sugar and uncafinated (othwise I would bounce off the walls all night). The staff is usually pretty good with calling names and getting drinks out in a timely manor. There are some occassions were they get swamped with orders and it does take time.

Ana has a nasty attitude!! Literally too early in the morning to be so rude. She even was pounding on my window because I didn’t roll it down fast enough!! Well I was in the middle of writing this review!! She was rude at the box. Rushing me asking if that was it! I’m sorry I don’t go to Starbucks on a regular because who would want to spend 10 dollars for service like I just received!! I’m sorry for someone who works in the food industry yall are definitely dropping the ball in hospitality!!
