I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a Strawberry Açaí Refresher with peach juice and no water, which is something I have ordered many times before at other locations and even through the Starbucks app.

The manager, Katie, told me they could no longer customize drinks and said the drink I requested wasn’t on the menu. I showed her directly in my app that I had ordered the exact customization before, but she still insisted that the only thing she could do was add a “splash of peach juice.”
What made the situation worse was her attitude. She was very dismissive and rude throughout the interaction instead of trying to help or explain the policy respectfully. She even showed me a document about customizing beverages, but nothing on it clearly explained why my drink couldn’t be made the way I requested.

I completely understand if policies change, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue ordering this drink at any other Starbucks location. A little kindness and customer service would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, they hooked me up with a new favorite drink. I’ve spent hours here studying recently and it’s a great environment, friendly and well designed. This feels much more like a friendly neighborhood coffee shop than a large chain. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations but this is the first one that’s seemed worthy of a review.

Today, February 12, 2023, around 1:15–1:16 PM, I visited Starbucks. Three girls were working at the window.Before completing my order, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no, since I was paying with my Starbucks card through the app. After that, the window was shut, the employees were laughing loudly, and I was handed what was honestly one of the worst drinks I have ever received here.
I ordered an iced mocha with protein, and it was absolutely undrinkable. It tasted completely off and poorly made. It genuinely felt like the quality of the drink reflected the fact that I chose not to tip.
Tipping is supposed to be for good service not something customers are pressured about in advance. Making a drink properly is part of the job, not an extra service.
The attitude and professionalism today were extremely disappointing. Customer service clearly was not a priority, and it showed in both behavior and product quality.

Alyssa was rude. She didn’t take my free drink when we told her then instead of apologizing she says “oh I didn’t hear so” over the microphone she was also sounding like she hates her job. Mid serving up they switched her out with someone else. She was polite but Alyssa was rude through the entire refund process

Ive tried to order the matcha a couple times different ways to ensure that the matcha is completely steamed and dissolved and stirred and after two HUGE mouthfuls of matcha I ended up dumping out my 7$ drink to find this. I’ve tried nicely asking them to fully stir and dissolve it but they don’t seem to care. Disappointing

Abby is an absolute disgrace to Starbucks. I had been given the wrong drink at the drive-through and was miles away before I realized. I called the store to register my complaint and ask for a refund. Abby’s response was, “There are plenty of other Starbucks if I don’t like the service at this one.”

I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m a child. I placed an order on the app and got in an empty line to pick it up. The drink was ready when I got to the window. If it wasnt ready yet, i dont mind waiting. Same when I order at the speaker, I order and then wait. I was ready and willing to wait for it but they’re trying to criticize when Im allowed to come through the drive through. Really strange, and ruined my mood. Now I wish I would have gone to Dunkin instead. I will do that from now on.

I made a phone call to ask if I could order a bottle of syrup and the “supervisor” mocked my accent and hung up on me as I was speaking. I asked for the manager and she was never there.
