I have to say as a local Woodstock resident, I frequently visit this Woodstock location and it literally has to be one of the most FRIENDLY sbux! The employees doesn’t matter who is there the employees are always just so friendly and polite, I’ll be honest I dunno if I could do that, that early in the am and I’m sure not every customer is pleasant especially in the early am hours, I know I’m about half awake when I go in to order lol, yet consistently every employee is polite and seems happy to be there. If they are having a bad day, you’d never know it at this location. And yes my drink is always made wonderfully, I like to keep it simple with a venti cold brew with a few vanilla pumps and vanilla cold foam; and it’s done so wonderfully every time. Keep up the great work & just wanted to share some positive feedback for once, since we don’t always live in a world of positivity-customer service especially is hard these days, thank you to the employees here who keep this location going! You all are truly great! We customers do notice and I hope you all know we appreciate it!

I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk blonde espresso. What I got was a cup of ice with eight sips of the espresso. I’ve had this in other locations and there’s lovely foam on the top with the brown sugar on the very top= a very smooth distinctive flavor plus there’s more liquid. I didn’t go in there to buy a $6 cup of ice. I’m going to go back to my other location and see how many sips I get out of that one. But I am getting close to being done with Starbucks.

I figured I’d swing by this Starbucks because I wanted an iced vanilla blonde latte. What I got was a very sad welcome and a sugar free vanilla milk! Vanilla flavoring was most definitely sugar free which is super disgusting and she pilot way to much milk in it to where I couldn’t even taste the coffee! All I could taste was the milk and sugar free vanilla! Super disappointing Starbucks!!

Service is great. The drinks are a step above what I get at other Starbucks locations. They seem to really care about what they serve here.
The only drawback is the noise level which makes it hard to work. The open ceiling with all the hard surfaces just makes it so noisy.

I’ve worked at Starbucks for about 5 years and I come to this Starbucks because it’s closer to my house and they have the rudest baristas I have ever encountered. I never have a pleasant experience here ever, they always have an attitude. Anytime I place a mobile order (way in advanced) they get mad that I pull up and it’s still not ready. Any time I order in the drive through I’m questioned about the way I’m ordering my drink. (Keep in mind I’ve worked there for years so ik how to order).

I paid for extra cold foam and extra of the crunchy pieces. Same order I always get and am always happy when I get it from the other Starbucks in Woodstock. I decided to try this one since it was near where I was shopping. I didn’t receive what I PAID extra for. When we went back and politely explained what happened and Paige was extremely rude especially as she asked for the drink back and I watched as her and her co worker made faces while looking at the drink. Paige then practically shoved the drink at us as when my husband said “thank you so much” she turned around and shut the window. There was no sorry we didn’t get your drink right sorry we didn’t give you what you paid extra for just extremely rude service! I’ll be going back to the other Woodstock or out of town for my coffee from now on! If you get Paige I guess make sure you tip because I used a gift card and it didn’t ask for a tip and I was treated extremely poorly when I was polite even after the mistake with my drink. Then after getting my “new drink” I can guarantee the didn’t put the extra crunchy stuff in there. The day before drink was perfect this time it was far from it. I know it’s a small thing but they charge extra I paid extra but didn’t get what I paid for and was treated poorly when tried to get it corrected!
