I literally drop thousands and thousands of dollars on Starbucks a year. For real. I just wanted to get my Mom a short coffee with cream and then asked if she would be willing to steam it. The woman behind the counter said she would have to charge me for a misto which is $1.50 more. $4 for a tiny tiny cup of coffee.I have got this short coffee for my Mom on countless Starbucks across the country and not one of those stores overcharged me. Very unpleasant experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be coming to this Starbucks ever again.

Love this location they definitely are busy but they stay on top of it! The entire staff is always so friendly and my order is right everytime. Julie is such a nice employee she always is smiling, greeting me by name and making great coversation. The manager Noah is nice as well always greeting customers by name and friendly which is genuine to see.

phenomenal coffee shop. The drinks are made as you order so they’re very fresh. I haven’t had one bad drinks. and it was on point as well! All very good, and the price was tremendous. My favorite spot to relax. The service is quick although you have to wait some time for the drink to be made. The menu is very diverse offering a variety of hot and cold coffees & frappe option for you to choose from. I always order the iced caramel macchiato and let me tell you, it tasted heavenly. And I have to say I was very impressed to their staff very friendly and knowledgeable always cheerful and it really made my day. Definitely coming back here again and again. Will definitely recommended.

When you paying 10$ for costumer drink you want it right and correct. the coffee was disgusting. i ordered two the same drinks and they were completely different and both of them tasted bad. the drive through lady rolled her eyes on me just because i said my card is a “swipe up card” and you cannot tap it.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON WAITING A LONG TIME. This used to be a good one, but lately a mobile order can take a half hour or more. Three times in a row I have waited at least 10 minutes for a mobile order placed way ahead of time, knowing they are slow to begin with. It’s always double whatever wait time is estimated. I am not even going to address the drive-thru because I gave up on it a long time ago (who wants to idle in their car for 20 minutes to wait for coffee?). The other close location at Edens Plaza is much better, they are always ahead of the estimated wait time and super efficient in the mornings.
