I have come to this Starbucks several times and the service and staff have been great every single time. On a few occasions, the were understaffed and I can see they were doing their best to serve every customers their orders on time. When something wasn’t perfect, they fixed it. Personally, my orders were always made with care and the way I ordered it the first time. Ben, one of the staff there has been exceptional to me and my family. He should get a raise! Great work, Ben!

Just visited this location and let me tell you… Amy, has no business working cust service. She is rude and condescending. When I asked for her name she gave it to me, showed me her name tag and even spelled it. She then proceeded to laugh, dance around and slam the window at me. Her coworker that was making the drinks only starred and looked up to see my reaction. My reaction: I drove off and will never visit this location again! I went to the Starbucks and got my coffee and as soon as I started drinking the coffee, I felt something in my mouth. I thought it was the caramel crunch topping I asked for, but when I bit down, I bit into a Bee and it ended up stinging my tongue slightly even tho it was dead. Worst experience ever. This location is often hit or miss, however, since the manager left a few months ago, it’s just continued to go downhill. I order a trenta iced tea with extra ice and it’s usually either light ice or no ice at all. Today I ordered a spinach feta wrap and a trenta Green iced tea with extra ice. Instead, they made it with light ice when I asked them to correct it. Instead of dumping a little tea out and adding ice, they just added a bunch of ice on top the full drink and put the lid back on. It overflowed everywhere and then they handed it to me with tea pooled all over the top of the lid and dripping down the sides. Which is now on my white shirt. Seriously!!
About 80% of the time the tea is burnt to the point where I can’t drink it. I ordered a black iced tea a few days ago and it was so black you couldn’t even see through the tea. I come here because it’s the closest to home and work. However, I am no longer going to do that. For $5 a drink, I should be able to get a decent iced tea with reasonable customer service and enough care for your customers that you don’t hand them a drink that is sloppy and dripping everywhere. Do better Starbucks.

Ordered online, waited 15 min, people that ordered inside got their order before I did. According for the cashier, orders placed online get pushed to the end. Makes no sense. People that order online would never get there order unless there was downtime if that were the case. My cup sat on the counter. They just never picked it up to get it started.

Customer service at the store is very awful every single time me and my wife show up one of them has an attitude. They have no customer service ethic the way they talk to people is rude and impatient and take so long to make the drink while getting the order wrong after.
