I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks recently! My drink was made to perfection, and the atmosphere was just great. It’s always a nice little treat.

On another note, I’ve noticed some comments online where people seem to expect celebrity treatment just for popping in for coffee. Let’s keep it real, folks! It’s just coffee. No need for the high horse. But overall, a great visit!

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit, I usually go in the mornings. I use to go to the one on Lewis because it was closer, but I love going to the one on grand because the environment is different they’re always so nice and talk to me when I have an issue with something they are always willing to fix it for me.

I’m so over this Starbucks location. I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a refresher with light ice—pretty simple, right? But when I got the drink, it was packed with more ice than juice. I called to speak with the manager, and her excuse was that “they don’t really know how much light ice is.” Seriously?! How do you not know what “light ice” means when that’s literally an option on the menu?

To make it worse, they clearly didn’t care because it honestly looked like they gave me extra ice. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either—this location is always doing this. From now on, I’ll just ask for no ice and get it on the side. Tired of paying full price for half a drink. Do better.

Everytime I go here now it’s something wrong first time lady almost didn’t charge me second time lady got mad because she made me some strawberry drink when I wanted a mango dragonfruit lemonade and I wanted her to redo it to the drink I ordered. Third time I came here I ordered a grande and they rang it up as a venti and today I ordered thru DoorDash and the whole drink was leaking on the stairs and half my drink was gone because they didn’t put the white sticker on the drink to prevent from it leaking.

I always stop at this location. The staff is friendly but they drink quality is always gross. When I pay almost 7 dollars for a grande I would expect for it to look like matcha?? The lady that helped me out looked flustered but if you see that the drink looks this light please do something about it.

Coffee and food were okay but the staff when I was there was not as nice as the other Starbucks stores.
I ordered food and drinks and i was about to pay, I asked for the restroom code. The cashier told me she’ll give it to me only after I pay. Lol. As if Im not going to pay. I was here on 12/15/2025 around noon.

I was quite satisfied with both the open and closing times. The personnel was excellent, extremely professional, and well-organized. The coffee was also served hot. Location has plenty of parking, is clean inside and out, and has a pleasant atmosphere for meetings.

This is the worst Starbucks, I ordered ahead, came in and waited for awhile. There was no line in drive thru or at the counter. A few people came in after me and ordered at the counter. They received their orders way before I did. This isn’t the first time this has happened, it happens quite often but it’s the first time I’ve reviewed this location. The store looked fully staffed too. I will just be going to a different Starbucks moving forward.
