This Starbucks is tucked inside the busy Old Orchard mall, so it can get pretty crowded, but they do a great job keeping things moving. The interior is on the smaller side, but they’re a full-service location with the full range of drinks and food options you’d expect. The staff are friendly and efficient, and there are some comfy benches if you want to sit and take a break from shopping. A solid spot for a pick-me-up while you’re at the mall.

I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience at a Starbucks. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no communication. The cashier stood there silently while I tried to figure out if I could even order. The barista appeared annoyed the entire time, especially as the line grew.
My iced coffee had no ice, and when I asked for some, the response was to silently dump part of my drink and add ice — no apology, no explanation. It genuinely felt like both employees hated being there. Very disappointing.

Nice store, but today I ordered a grande shaken espresso with an extra shot and cold foam, I ordered this drink yesterday and it was delicious, but today I got a message written on my cup saying “when you add cold foam to a shaken espresso we can’t fit your extra shot, just so you know.” I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and am a former store manager. I know that cold foam on a shaken espresso is a pretty common modification, and considering the shot was already paid for you either go light on the ice or put it into a bigger cup, you don’t just not add it, that’s not the standard. Also coaching a customer on proper drink builds when you’re incorrect to begin with isn’t the standard. 🙂 coach your baristas on giving people what they paid for and making drinks properly 🙂

This is a cool little Starbucks located in Old Orchard Mall. Its not very big, hence me calling it little. The service is alright, not the most friendliest or best but I guess they are always quite busy..
The coffee / drinks are made well which is the most important part.
There is some seating area inside but barely any standing room to wait in line.. but they do have outdoor patio with plenty of seats.
Protip: make your order ahead of time with the app.

I waited in a long line just to when it was our turn to order the lady said to hold on and walked away. so we waited then another employee walked to the register and took two other customers before us even though it was our turn in the line. He told us to wait for her to come back even though she was still working on a drink.
I don’t think it was fair to take people behind us while we were next in line.

I’ve been here a number of times and today was the best. The staff had a great attitude and made my drink quickly. Also very clean, unlike other Starbucks I’ve been to. Probably not much indoor seating when it’s busy.

Drink was good but service was terrible. The girl who took my order must have had a bad day but gave me the most attitude ever and made faces at her screen as I said my order. I wish I remembered her name but she had braids and was a little taller. I asked for venti and when I got my drink it was a grande and I explained that I ordered venti and the girl said she can remake but i’d have to get back in line and pay for a venti when I already payed over $7. I said loud and clear I wanted a venti why should I have to wait in line all over again to pay more when it was their mistake? Where I work we don’t charge customers extra for our mistake’s. Rude employees and bad service, my drink was made well but I never got my venti.

I ordered a grande drink today and when I received my drink the entire cup was full of ice and only received a little bit of drink. I couldn’t even enjoy the drink because there was barely any in the cup.
