Ordered my drink wrong and made an honest mistake, took one sip and explained my error and told them I could not drink it and they can discard it. The cashier was sweet and said let me say if we can make another for free and consulted with a shift lead and told me that I had to be charged. I was a previous Starbucks manager inside of Target and would have never. I called customer service to explain my bad experience and luckily they made it better.

Worst Starbucks ever I had order online with my little sister we got pink drink and a caramel ribbon crunch. I went to the front to ask for a ice water waited 15 mins and I didn’t receive my water and this is how my pink drink looked which was so nasty I even asked for extra strawberry inclusions this is unacceptable please do not come to this Starbucks.

Worst customer service ever, maybe I’m wrong here, you decide. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, my order was $21.10. I only had $20 in my pocket. The rude representative told me she could not give me my coffee’s, she demanded the one dollar: well I already told her when I got to the window. I only had 20 bucks. Yeah I couldn’t give the dollar I didn’t have it. I mean really if you owned your own business would you tell your client to leave if they were short $1 of course as we were leaving the drive-through the representative from the window there made sure to say have a nice day so condescending right.

I love Starbucks, so naturally I thought I’d visit every single one within a 500 mile radius… starting with this one. To sum up my experience in one word: AVERAGE. The drink was good, but not amazing. The place was clean, but not sparkling. The main ‘plus’ was that there was a bathroom. That’s it. But I did admire the barista. She made gave me a sense of autonomy by giving me a choice of a base for my drink: water or lemonade. Kudos to her. But it’s still Starbucks, aka my second home: so I give it a 4.

The barista was super friendly and my drink tasted great! They also have a bathroom that does not require a code to get into. There is not a ton of seating though.

Ordered a tea from this location. When I was already home I looked at my drink and the tea bag inside of it was broken and there were leaves all in my drink. There’s no quality control at all. They really should’ve noticed before giving me the drink. Disappointed

I was here yesterday and ordered a drink with oatmeal. After one bite of my oatmeal, I ended up using my epi pen to save my life. Why? Because I was served MOLDY ROTTEN food. I ended up in the ER and will never eat starbucks food again.

Not the best. While Starbucks is known for its consistent quality and convenience, this particular location fell short of expectations. The service was slow despite the moderate crowd, and the staff seemed disorganized and understaffed. The ambiance was also lacking; the seating was uncomfortable and the noise level made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful moment.
Moreover, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with tables not properly wiped down and a few areas looking quite messy… and wet. The coffee itself was okay, but not as well-prepared as I’ve experienced at other Starbucks locations. A little skimpy.
On a positive note, the location is convenient and easily accessible, which is always a plus for grabbing coffee on the go. However, the overall experience was underwhelming compared to what I usually expect from a Starbucks location.
I hope they can improve their service, efficiency, and cleanliness to match the brand’s usual standards.

I have bought a few times and everything is fine, but TODAY. I went to ask for a cup with ice and they said NO. Insensitive, knowing the high heat temperatures outside, even if I had to pay for it there was no problem. But they said NO. They weren’t kind.

KATHY is a great manager and cares about customer satisfaction. Treats customers with respect and she shows her team to do the same. I saw how every employee gives great respect to every person who stops by. We as customers just need to be patient with every worker and also respect them because they just doing the best for everyone unless trying but we are all difficult to decide what to order sometimes. And they always with a happy smile face that makes my day get better.
