One of the worst days of my life today, and Maddie (manager) greatly eased my worries. We had my kids childhood dog in the car and we were on our way to have him cross rainbow bridge. I told her at the drive through I was ordering a cake pop for him and why. When we pulled around to pay, she refused. She said she was so sorry for our upcoming loss, she knew how it felt as she had just lost her cat a couple weeks back. I insisted she take payment and again, she refused. Her kindness was felt throughout the ride to the clinic and I could never repay her for that. She is an ANGEL. And I hope her GM sees this and repays her for that. MADDIE….THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US. You brought light to a dark situation.

Ordered a Dubai Matcha. I got a white cold foam instead of the chocolate cold foam. Not sure what is in it. Ordered the new Canon ball drink and it does not look like I does online its super dark and basically just a dragon fruit refresher.

The baristas here work very hard for the amount of customers they serve. One of the baristas brought me a water while I was working at a table even though they were busy and it was thoughtful. Place is clean and I’d give it 5 stars but there are flies in the store which drive me nuts (I know there is only so much they can do about that with the drive-thru window and people constantly going in and out).

Stopped in for an iced coffee with half and half. Tasted it and realized the cream was “off”. Went back and let them know. They remade and I asked that the use a new container as the cream was off. Got a new beverage but it still has the same off flavor. I suspect they just used the same cream or their coffee had picked up an off flavor in the fridge. Disappointed

every time me and my family go to this starbucks there is this extremely rude old white woman and she’s always so awful with us and countless other customers. rushing and mistreating us sighing while taking our order and not completing it and sending us off to the first window then when we have something to say she just brushes it off and replies just as rudely so ridiculous do better and acknowledge who you hire.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while now, and I’m always impressed by the consistency and quality of their drinks. While I’m not a coffee expert, I can always count on getting a delicious beverage, whether it’s a hot latte, iced coffee, or a seasonal treat. The staff here are super friendly, and I love how quickly they get your order ready without sacrificing quality. The vibe is always cozy, and it’s a great spot to either sit and relax or quickly grab a drink on the go.
I do have to mention that I really miss their pecan crunch flavored coffee – it was absolutely amazing and became my go-to order for a while. The combination of sweet and nutty flavors was just perfect, and I still wish they would bring it back! That being said, I’ve tried other seasonal flavors here, and they never disappoint. This Starbucks always delivers, and I’m happy to keep coming back for the great coffee, fantastic service, and warm atmosphere!

Today, I placed an order and decide to go inside due to the fact the line wrap around the entire building which when. I went inside the manager took my order due to mustitasking she placed the wrong order 20 min later they tell me its coming up and when watching them place my order I noticed not the right drink. I ask for the new summer berry blast w/ lemonade she said here you go. I said, I’m sorry but this is not what, I ask for another 10 min later. I see the manager approach the young lady doing my 3 venti drinks. I told her thank you for fixing my order all she said was aw huh even though. I wasn’t rude or disrectful. They were all rushing. I think sometimes they need to slow down or have extra ppl on the schedule.
