I placed an order and the drink tasted a bit off. I politely asked the barista if she could please remake it. Unfortunately, she had a bad attitude about it. The drink I ordered was a frappé, but it was completely liquid and not made properly. When she gave it back to me, the cup wasn’t even filled all the way like they usually do. She literally placed it on the table in a rude way and responded to me in a mocking tone.
Honestly, it was a very unpleasant experience and a horrible way to treat customers. I would not recommend going there.

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I order anything from this establishment the order is wrong (x5). They near constantly miss order specifications. I order my drinks modified and I know what they taste like and this store doesn’t do those modifications. This morning I was running late and ordered on ubereats and the drink tastes wrong and they forgot my sriracha for my sandwich. The person I was on the phone with was rude and had no solutions for me, I simply wanted my order redone and done correctly and I gave up. I will never come back. This was absolutely horrible and I’ll never be back.

Have been to this location twice in the last 6 weeks, and have only discovered friendly staff doing their best! In fact, I had to call this location yesterday to see if they had an item on hand for a gift, and they very helpfully checked and put it aside for me the employee who rang me up did a fantastic job listening to me and doing their best to make it a very special purchase! On the previous visit, I was buying a pound of Thanksgiving blend, and was really pleasantly surprised both by how friendly the staff member was, but also by how delicious the whole bean coffee was when I made it at home keep it up Starbucks!

I am fairly certain that if I enter the drive-thru with a handful of cars in front of me, I will have enough time to get out of my car, walk to the McDonald’s next door, order food, return to my car, and still have to wait exactly where I left it. It’s always been this way. Slow location, sometimes faster to just walk inside.

This is a cute Starbucks location with a little library inside. But I was most impressed by the service. The entire team was great but Dom went above and beyond. Friendly, conversational, fast. Best Starbucks experience I’ve had yet. Thanks, Dom!

This location is nice but Heather, my cashier was not a nice lady. She made me feel rushed and yet didn’t even hear when I asked for pastries. I repeated myself 3x for her to finally get the order. But the drinks and food are good as always

Drink was fine. They didn’t call my name even though it was easy to pronounce. The only positive is this is the first Starburst I went to that actually wrote something positive on my cup. Even if they were told they have to write on the cup and they didn’t care at all. I would still like the compliment.

Every time I come here in the evening the staff is just always going above and beyond. They’re super friendly and the drinks are always on point. Mind you I order a different one every time and I’m always very happy. Bathrooms pretty clean as well 😀
