I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews. This Starbucks consistently delivers a great cup of premium coffee, and they do it fast. The store is always clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located.
What really sets this place apart is the staff. The baristas, especially Silvana, Cari, Reese , Priscilla, Morgan, and others — are friendly, professional, and always greet you with a warm smile. Their positive energy truly makes all the difference.
I get tons of productive work done here, and the atmosphere is perfect for focus or casual meetups. Sure, some folks might have issues with the company’s politics (hence the negative reviews), but let’s be real, people come here for more than just the coffee. It’s the overall experience.

Super great Starbucks! This is one of 3 near my house andy favorite. I come here to tutor a friends kid and enjoy coffee. it has a nice side alcove area that isn’t as loud and has comfortable seats.
Drinks are Starbucks standard, if you like them you’ll like them here.
The staff is really nice and always says hi and when there was an issue with my drink.(someone took it on accident) they made me a new one.

They give me two pink drinks with curdled milk,i was driving and took a sip and i realize the milk was curdled,i don’t known if they did with malicious intent or it was human error ,either opción is un aceptable,they put my health at risk,not only mine it could have been anyone with a compromised inmune system,it was a total lack of respecto and safety for not knowing how to handle good,or at least that was their intention

Very clean, cozy, quiet. Drinks are made really good.

I ordered a venti drink with light ice and got ice half of the drink. Complained to the drive thru person and she argued that it is the lightest ice it can be. Instead of offering to change the drink to light ice, she insultingly told me she can do another one with no ice. Showing a photo of the drink, with the date and time I ordered it.

Terrible workers. The staff is very rude and slow at their job. It looks like they’re all getting paid one cent an hour because the way they do their job is completely sloppy. Always have to wait for an unnecessary period of time just for one small black coffee. Other Starbucks locations are much better than this, this place is simply not it and I do not recommend for anyone to go to this place if they want to be surrounded in a nice atmosphere with nice people who can do their job right.

There’s a worker who is wearing sunglasses inside. I ordered my drink. Nice cashier. I waited 5 minutes no drink. I finally went to up the counter, no drink. The sunglasses wearing guy was busy goofing around. The cashier/manager told him to make my drink. He did. It was terrible. Way too much spices. I brought it back and the manager remade my drink for me. The guy obvious thinks he’s too cool to actually work at Starbucks. Either work here or don’t. Pretty lame. Sorry dude you’re not Tom Cruise.
