I’ve never had issues at this Starbucks until today, which is why this was disappointing.
I wasn’t informed that an ingredient in my original drink had been changed. That’s fine — things happen. I called and asked if I could come back to have it fixed, and Jenny said yes.
When I returned, I ended up getting a Pink Drink instead of the iced chai latte with oat milk and cold foam I originally ordered due to the ingredient change. The Pink Drink was $6.21, but I had originally paid over $8 for my first drink.
It’s not a huge price difference, but it would have been nice to be refunded the difference or at least informed about it. I appreciate them remaking the drink, but having to come back and still lose money doesn’t feel like great customer service.

This is not my local Starbucks but I go here a lot and I have to say they are the best! Always friendly, I’ve never not been greeted no matter how busy. Best of all they are super efficient at making orders fast. I recently ordered a drink wrong and they remade it without hesitation and a smile! Top notch service here!

This location was good. Quick with my drink and friendly. I liked the atmosphere here and would visit again to meet with friends or solo to enjoy a good drink and a book! My current fave drinks are the oat milk honey latte, mint majesty tea, nitro cold brew with sweet cream, and almond milk flat white with blonde espresso.

Drove through. – 3 temperature
3 hot drinks…. No stoppers (they were out) only one had the insulator on it. Pretty cold by the time we got to school. The plain dark coffee was undrinkable. Sitting too long? Sludge.
2 cold drinks. No straws. 10 yo grandaughter had to go in to get straws.

Updated Review to 1 Stars 15Feb2026 This is the second (9am morning Uber Eats order) occasion of having diarrhea and now vomiting after consuming the egg, white, bacon and cheddar sandwich.
Whether this is a vindictive female employee who mistakenly swore I met her before to remake a drink, it must be handled differently.
A report has been made to the appropriate authority regarding the food borne illness.

I’ve ordered three times from this location. I’ve gotten the same order for over a year from multiple SB locations and this one always shorts me on cold foam. The drinks are already overpriced. Today I took the drink back inside and asked for it to be remade. The excuse I got was that the CF must’ve “melted” into the drink. No. Just no. Stop making excuses for not making the order correctly.

The guy who made my drink was super cute, and did awesome for someone in training. His manager was also very patient with him and looks like she’s taking a hands on approach to teaching him the ropes of the place. Overall, a great experience with some great staff, and I’m sorry again for ordering so late
