Took my co-pilot (a very well-behaved and curious kitty) through your drive-thru today for their first ever stop—and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as warm as we hoped. The barista seemed more annoyed than amused, which was disappointing. Not expecting a red carpet, but a little kindness goes a long way—especially when it’s someone’s first drive-thru adventure (yes, we take pet milestones seriously!). Hope next time there’s more smiles than sighs.

I recommend going through the drive thru. They take priority over the orders inside. Waited 15 minutes for two drinks inside while the drive thru just kicks orders out.

This Starbucks exceeded my expectations by a mile! I got to the window and said I had mobile order and they said they didn’t see one for me, long story short we found out I ordered at the wrong location that was 20 mins away lol however the fella with a man bun made me my drink anyway. He was so nice, and made my day! Saved me a 20 minute trip out of my way. Thank you Starbucks! This is why I love you and I keep coming back♥️

Bathrooms conveniently located at the front of the store.
Had my mobile order drink made in less than 5 minutes.
Plenty of indoor seats and the outdoor seating looked really nice (from when the temperatures allow), including outdoor roof covering.

Bathroom was not clean. They were out of blond Espresso which was disappointing. An employee was having a personal conversation with someone she knew, while the tables and counters were dirty and the floor needed swept. I visit multiple Starbucks locations and this one was in bad shape unfortunately. I did find a bestie gift card and was thrilled about that, but otherwise– overall it was not too great.

This is the location with the best service, and is the most like Starbucks used to be. There isn’t techno music or employees yelling. They are always busy, but it’s probably because they’re the best around. They know how to make drinks well and efficiently. And they care about the customer.

This is our go to Starbucks that we’ve been to likely hundreds of times. What stands out is the service, it’s been consistently wonderful. It’s always nice to see Ashley at the window, and Jason is a superstar. If you’ve encountered him you remember because he’s one of a kind wonderful.
