Left starbucks 2 years ago. Dunkin was not much better. Thought I’d do a Starbucks this morning and see why I stopped years ago. Ordered 2 shots with sweet cream (which you pay extra for) and this is what I get. So, even though you pay for it you don’t even get the value.

Shady workers who don’t follow Starbucks corporate rules. Today many customers were waiting to get some Christmas merchandise and they let in a worker a few min ahead of time be she bought things and there was no transparency from the staff on allowing that.

NEVER COME TO THIS STARBUCKS. This place is always saying it’s open on google and of course when i go its closed. employees are never working and they probably are open one day a week for 2 hours. when they are open they make your drink horribly wrong and give the worst attitude ever. they just reopened after being closed for a month now from being on strike but even now and before they are never open. they only have rude employees who obviously dont care about anything. Hire some new employees if these ones keep complaining about their pay and are giving customers horrible service!

I’ve lived in Des Plaines for about 10 years now. This location used to be phenomenal, they used to recognize me by my morning order. Recently the service has just plummeted, I understand being short staffed but for this long? It’s clearly a management issue. I’ve started going to Dunkin more and avoiding this location as much as possible.

Today was the holiday release, I understand that some things won’t be available due to high demand. However, I am upset the way this store handled the release . The cashier was very slow at checking customers out. There was 2 registers, someone else could’ve easily hopped on and helped the line. There was a worker there who apparently purchased the barista glass bears last night (before the release). She came to return them and I asked if I could purchase one. The cashier said no because someone called dibs? It was an employee named Chris I believe. I found it unfair but whatever. It got worse when Chris (worker) cut the line to pay for the barista bear, while all of us were waiting 30 minutes to pay. Do better please.

I really love this Lee Starbucks location. The customer service is very nice Drew the tall Guy has a curly hair his really experts love the way he makes our coffee and Frappuchino for the whole family especially for my Kids 10 ⭐ quick . I usually order online through Starbucks application, so I don’t have to wait in line. They have opened and space seating indoor. Free wifi.

I just wanted to say how much I love this location. They are always so friendly and never fail to make my morning or afternoon pickmeup a great visit. Today in particular, Hugo helped me figure out what I had ordered on the app because it went down as I was ordering and was left on “processing payment”. The secret menu items looked and sounded AMAZING but I could figure out what they were. He had no problem pulling up the app and figuring it out for me and putting my order in. Turns out the drinks are amazing , of course. And – he did apologize for the wait because they were short staffed so for him to do this for me knowing that they were short staffed and having to work harder- give that man a raise. His customer service is top notch. Thank you for being my local Starbucks barista!

I just stopped by while in town to get my normal stuff. When I first walked in none of the workers spoke to anyone! The so-called manager “Mario” was very rude to me. Not only did he do everyone’s drink before mines even though they were behind me…He ALSO my drink wrong and tried to charge me an up charge for his mess up. They all lack professionalism at this location. While trying to get my refund and go to another location I was yelled at by another worker while speaking to the so-called manager about my refund. They also made fun of my accent! PLEASE avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere. Also I think he gave me a fake number when I asked for the district’s manager information.
UPDATE: Someone from the regional district reached out via phone and offered me a few drink on him. LMAO I never got that free drink. I cannot believe I still buy starbucks. smh

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks and decided to try their summer lemonade. Let me just say, it was absolutely amazing! The lemonade was perfectly refreshing, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness. I loved it so much that I got one for myself and one for my girlfriend, and she couldn’t stop raving about it either.What made the experience even better was the staff at Starbucks. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly attitude. The baristas were attentive and made sure our orders were just right. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.The atmosphere in the store was inviting and comfortable, providing a great place to relax and enjoy our drinks. Whether you’re looking for a quick refreshment on a hot day or a place to unwind with friends, Starbucks’ summer lemonade is a must-try. The combination of excellent service and delicious drinks has definitely earned them a five-star rating from me. I’ll certainly be returning for more!
