Love the staff at this location 🙂 I go here mostly every day. They are super kind and always helpful. The manager there is awesome always strives to give you the best customer service. If you have an issue and ask them to fix it kindly they will , I’ve never had an issue with them.

Wanted a Venti drink this morning. Paid for a Venti chai latte. But obviously, I was not given a Venti. Photo is for comparison of the actual Venti size of a drink I had the other day. But the short one is supposedly a Venti from this morning. I was in a rush to work and didn’t realize until I had gotten there, and it was too late to turn around and do anything about it. Seriously upset that I paid for a Venti and then got whatever size this is. Kinda wanting my money back, especially since it wasn’t even that good. Too much milk and not enough chai flavour. Very disappointed.
