Today I waited over 30 minutes past the promised ready time for an ahead mobile order, that is pretty insane. I got gas, went to jewel, and the order was still not ready. It would’ve been faster to wait in the line that went down to that gas station. Adding: It was one drink and came out without the topping.

Yesterday while on my 15 minute break, I decided to go pick up two food items and one coffee for myself and my girlfriend. As I arrived, I noticed that only the food items were prepared but that’s OK. I still had about 5 to 10 minutes left on my break so I waited and waited and seen that four out of the five staff members were standing there talking about how the tall curly haired boy with a deep voice was “so ready to get out of there and can’t wait for 7 o’clock, which is in two hours” The other girls laughed and talked and gabbed for about 10 minutes. I Stood there and waited patiently But after five more minutes, it was finally decided upon one of the girls that she would finally make “that drink that had three espresso shots” And she finally made my girlfriend’s coffee. I usually don’t like to complain a lot about places that are fast food as I know that they are busy all the time but specifically yesterday at around 5:45 PM there was only one car in the drive-through and no customer standing in line.
I find this work to be lazy and inconsiderate of other people’s time. This is probably the last time I will be going here as this is a consistent problem with the employees there, and they just laugh and shake it off not to mention that when the girl handed my drink to me, she did not even hand it to me in my hand. She slammed it down onto the Counter.

I’m so extremely disappointed with this place I was waiting at the counter for like 5 minutes and no came to take my order and they saw me afterwards I just ordered my order online cause that was the only way I would get their attention and they still took another 7 minutes to just get me two small drinks it wasn’t even packed I was the only one ordering in the store and no one was in the drive thru.

First time in this location, weather is so nice to be outside. Me and my friends grab an outside table however two guys were outside and one of them started smoking, we did tell him to stop smoking and he didn’t care. My GF is ALLERGIC to cigarettes, she went inside and told a server and didn’t do anything! Poor service!!!

I visited this Starbucks this morning and noticed several issues. A gentleman who seemed to have taken the wrong drink was treated unprofessionally—one barista mocked him in another language while he was seated nearby, which was inappropriate.
The store also looked dirty, the baristas’ aprons appeared unwashed, and the team seemed disorganized, slowing down service even with five staff on duty during non busy hours.
I visit many Starbucks locations, and this one stands out for poor cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and slow, inefficient service. I hope management addresses these issues.

Very disappointed the food was fine but the service was horrible the employees were walking at .0001 mph and it took 10 mins to get through the drive through Starbucks i am disappointed this is not service I would expect from a high end seatle owned company
