Nice New crisp renovation. A little tight for parking when you have a sprinter fan. The parking lot seems rather small over the volume of people that want to get in. When you’re trying to park. There’s lots of people trying to drive through the drive-thru. It was interesting to see someone come in with a car to remove the coffee grinds in bulk. I’ve only seen them offer coffee grinds in the old coffee bean bags in other stores. Here. They had it stored in 5 gallon pails.

They were great. I stopped in early in the morning (just after opening) on my way out of town, during my cross country trip. My order was made quickly and the barista was delightful. Thank you for making the last day of driving get off to a great start.

What happened to this place? It used to be pretty on point and lately it’s been nothing but a miss. I’ve ordered 3 drinks over a small period of time, and they’ve all been incorrect. For example, I’ve ordered an ice shaken espresso and there was no syrup in it, and it was just straight espresso and creamer. I’ve also ordered a drink with extra caramel and did not get any caramel at all.

Decided it was time to move on from this place so I will be bringing my business somewhere else.

EDIT: I did bring my drink back and told them they forgot the caramel. They just popped the lid opened squeezed a bunch of caramel in there and gave it back to me. Adding caramel like that broke the drink, so I just tossed it when I got my next destination for that day.

My mom and I went through the drive through on Sunday at 11:04. We ordered 2 nitros which usually comes to $11.90. My mom wanted something with caramel so she asked to have some caramel flavor of some sort added. The gal was very helpful and helped her decide on cold foam. The problem came when we went to pay. We had 2 $5 bills and 5 $1 for a total of $15. After adding the cold foam to her drink that left only a $1.85 tip, which was obviously not ok for her! As we were looking for another dollar in the car she kept waving the dollar from the window saying here is your change. Which if it was a $1 bill it was obviously meant to keep and she was doing to to be snotty. I told her twice that was hers before she finally pulled her arm and the dollar back in the window to get our drinks. We were not able to find another dollar in the car, so I gave her 4 quarters after she handed us our drinks. She didn’t bother to say a word to us. So I made sure to say “You’re welcome! Have a nice day!” I’ve not only worked in the service industry, but managed several bars and restaurants. And that’s definitely not ok. I hope she enjoyed her $2.85 tip for pouring 2 small drink and a whole lot of attitude.

Usually never get the cold foam I order my drink with online, which sucks because it’s an expensive customization but we went in today to have it fixed and they refused to honor it because I didn’t have a receipt. It was an online order. I will not be coming here again.
