It’s my everyday afternoon stop, and this Starbucks never disappoints. The coffee is consistently fresh and well made, whether I’m ordering a latte, cappuccino, or cold drink. The food options are always good for a quick bite, and everything tastes fresh. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and fast, even during busy hours. I really enjoy the atmosphere here—it’s clean, comfortable, and relaxing, making it a great place to sit, work, or just unwind. Overall, the quality, service, and vibe keep me coming back regularly.

Food is fine. Second to last unfriendly place in Great Falls as the one on 16th is worse!! They don’t take a name and quietly announce what food is up and it’s piece by piece. After a few visits, I spoke to manager and he explained it away. Also have almost no parking as it’s all taken by staff. Manager says it’s illegal to park in the those street for staff. I called the city and they said that’s not true. The NW Bypass location is on top of all this!

I stopped by this Starbucks on my lunch break because I needed some peace and quiet, a warm Chamomile Tea to soothe my upset stomach, and a little time to read my Kindle. Unfortunately, my experience today was really disappointing.
First, the employee who helped me, Michaela, didn’t smile once and came across as very unfriendly. She made me feel like I was bothering her just by ordering. On top of that, they were out of the tea I specifically came in for and didn’t have another suitable option. That was already frustrating, but the worst part was how uncomfortable and anxious the interaction with Michaela made me feel.
This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor service at this location, which is really unfortunate because the store itself is nice. I’ve had a really tough and stressful week, and I came here hoping to treat myself and relax. Instead, the experience added more stress to my day.
I won’t be returning to this location.

Its sad what starbucks has become. People employees are so afraid of there shadows. Picture of me and the sign. Stop being scared. Your in a public place that has cameras. So very sad. Starbucks really was a great place long ago.

I ordered a salted pecan crunch cold brew in the app and a turkey sage danish. My drink was clearly not what I ordered (see photo) and the danish was limp and soggy. Also, upon writing this, I noticed my order was duplicated. I didn’t have time to turn around and correct the issues.

I avoid going to the 16th St and 10th Ave South location at all costs. Most of the baristas are extremely rude. Several times they have gotten my order wrong. When I have gone inside to ask them to remake it, I was treated with complete disrespect and attitude. Managers should definitely address this, as they have an overall Google rating of three stars. Baristas at the 10th Ave South and 32nd St are amazing. Their Google review average is almost 5 stars.

talking with the drive through window open instead of doing orders. all i ordered was the bacon croissant thing, i was the only person in line, and it was near 10 minutes with again no one else in line. it isnt like i ordered a huge coffee its literally a sandwich i know they throw into a heater and take out so 10 minutes is unacceptable when there isnt a line and they were just standing around talking. she looked at me through the window as well and continued talking with the woman at the register. i didnt want to be late for work so i left. ridiculous

First time of going to new location. Ordered White Chocolate Mocha Latte and it was the most flavorless drink I have ever received. Got home and poured in a glass it was just a little cloudier than water. I believe I got hot water with whip cream sprayed on top. Lot more training needed!

All 3 Starbucks stores in Great Falls are awesome. But the staff at the one on 17th and 10th deserve special mention. They maintain their friendly attitudes & fantastic service even when they’re at their busiest — cool and calm when zipping around 100 miles an hour, making multi-tasking look easy.
So glad to be a regular at this store!
