if i could leave no stars i would
the girl who helped me was extremely nice though, and i was genuinely disappointed with the outcome of my drink. they messed up my drink… not once… not twice… but three freaking times, it was supposed to be a mocha and strawberry purée, do you see any mocha?, and they still got it wrong, not to mention that last time i went there i got served a broken cup… granted they fixed it when i went into the store but y’all should be checking the cups before you serve it.

Had my baby sleeping on me and was told to clean up the baby treats he dropped on the ground before we leave. Mind you the entire staff was cleaning and sweeping the bar area… am I stupid or are they not getting paid to sweep the main area as well. Truly debated writing this; didn’t want to be a keren but having worked in food service myself this just felt very rude and unprofessional. Had no issue with the rest of the staff it was one comment from one worker who kinda seemed like she was pissed the second I came up to order. Did not get the vibe that it was a mom and baby/ friendly environment. My drink was good though

My wife was the first one at this location for the 2025 Christmas bear cups. Saw one on the shelf and waited till 4:30am to go inside. Upon going inside no bear cup. I suspect employees there bought them before the store even opened. 0/5 stars. They’re not supposed to clean the shelf before the store opens. Especially during a holiday drop. I did call the district manager.

Ordered Venti Lattes this morning. I didn’t notice if the first one was like this but when I took lid off the 2nd one to warm it up found it sure was NOT a Venti, a Grande would be pushing it! See pictures. I don’t usually say anything but when prices are raised at stores and they want to charge a $1.00 extra if you want a no ice latte filled normally – I can’t help but say something. That isn’t space for foam either because that’s what popped up lid is for, the foam or whip.

Attitude and rudeness and called names, because you took an hr and 10 minutes to make 3 drinks and 3 food items but you were able to help the people in the drive up and I payed an hr before anyone of the last 15 people that have gone through it. Shouldn’t ever call people names makes you look small weak and uneducated, you and your manager need sent home pending termination of job.
