I was really disappointed with this drink. As you can see, the cup was clearly underfilled, and this is not the first time it has happened at Starbucks. When you’re paying full price, you expect the cup to be filled properly, not noticeably short.
I understand foam or ice can affect the level sometimes, but this looks more like a portion issue, not a normal variation. It feels unfair as a customer, especially when this keeps happening repeatedly.
I hope Starbucks pays more attention to consistency and quality control, because experiences like this slowly ruin customer trust.

My drink is almost always right, and when it isn’t, the employees are quick to fix it! Mistakes happen, we are all human. As for people commenting about the wait, Starbucks does have a mobile app that you can use for ordering ahead, which is a very convenient service. In Williston, there’s almost always a long wait at every food service place.

More people need to understand that if you’re in a rush, don’t stop at a place where you can see an 8-car line, or better yet, make your coffee at home. While it is their job to make you coffee, it’s entirely your fault if you can’t manage your time better to get coffee! Or, maybe, just maybe, understand that workers are not your personal servants! They’re human beings who are doing their best, and your babyish behavior is not helping

Every time I come in this store management makes me uncomfortable I was better off making my own coffee at home. I buy a Starbucks as a treat, but I was uncomfortable, even drinking my drink that they made me. I ended up drinking a drink that the associate made me and it tasted good. The one the manager made my son did not. The rest of the staff was very friendly

All of the employees are super friendly and they work their butts off. This store just opened, so of course there will be some kinks they have to work out.
