I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been through the drive-thru 3 times ordering a single drink each time, but have gotten 5 drinks…because 2 of them had to be remade.
When my boyfriend and I got up to the screen to order, the girl greeted us with an “order when you’re ready.” Not a “hello, welcome to Starbucks” which seemed very odd to me. I ordered a matcha with strawberry foam on top. What I received, was a very light, pastel green creation. It had absolutely ZERO flavor. I am visiting from out of town but I order matcha lattes quite often in my hometown and surrounding areas…I know what color they are supposed to be and how they should taste. I made my boyfriend go and park so I could go in and talk to the baristas. When I showed them the drink, I mentioned that it was way too light in color. The barista said “that’s because it’s mixed with strawberry cream.” I added that it had no flavor either. An apology was never offered for the clear mess up…instead she just said “okay we can remake it.” The remade drink was MUCH better, however, it was underfilled by about 1″ (pictured).
The next time I went through, I ordered the exact same thing because I really did enjoy the remade drink from 2 days prior. When the barista handed it to me, I said “I can tell you right now, that’s way too light of a color but I’ll try it.” I took a sip and it honestly just tasted like milk. She immediately offered to remake it. The remade drink had more of a separation in colors (the strawberry foam sat on top instead of being mixed in), which made the drink appear more green. She told me to take a sip and I could immediately taste the sweet strawberry foam. I told her it was delicious as I drove off. Once I got to the matcha part though…sadly, it was another disappointment. Again, NO FLAVOR. The drink was almost $8, but I gave up on complaining. I’ll just go to Albertson’s next time, which is what I would recommend to anyone else who wants Starbucks in Williston.
Attached is the underfilled matcha, the second time ordering a matcha before they remade it (the very light green pic), and a photo of the matcha latte from Starbucks’ website. If you compare the two colors, there is a big difference.

I usually love my go-to drink from Starbucks—a Venti Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with vanilla cold foam, cinnamon on top, and an extra shot—but today’s experience at this location was really disappointing. The drink tasted awful, and they completely missed the cinnamon. I watched the barista making drinks and it was obvious he was just throwing things together without care.
I didn’t say anything in the moment because both workers seemed checked out and uninterested in being there. My son’s drink was also poorly made—he asked for extra caramel and got so much it was undrinkable. We ended up wasting our money on drinks we couldn’t even finish.
We’ve had this drink many times and never had an issue, but after today, we’ll be driving a bit further to the Albertsons location instead. Disappointed in the quality and service this time around.

Love the girls here, always so sweet and efficient when I come to order. Love that I could have a drink while shopping. Went to the new Starbucks and it wasn’t the same! The girls here always know me when I come in to order and always make my drink the way I like it!

Store #59061 is always absolutely outstanding! The drinks are always as good as the previous one and the baristas are so friendly! They are always smiling and happy. They will help get you whatever drink you’re looking for! I love the pink drink and got a recommendation to try it with cold foam and I’m even more obsessed with the drink now!

Horrible service everytime. drink is always messed up. Today I was the only customer. Waited for 10 minutes to get my order taken and when she came over she just stood there and didn’t say hello, or anything. When there is a line you will wait 20-30 min for a simple coffee. Ridiculous.
