The ladies at this location, greeted me upon entrance to the store. They were kind and answered my questions about the different coffees on the menu. Even though they were busy for the morning rush, they kept a smile on their faces. I have not experienced this at another Starbucks in my travels. And of course the coffee is good.

They charge $1.25 for cold foam and then don’t even put it on. I order the same thing and every time it looks different or missing cold foam. It’s right 1 out of 5 times. I tried calling the store as I was on the way to work and it’s disconnected through Verizon so I couldn’t even talk to a person unless I went back and stayed in the inside line or the drive thru line.

I rarely ever write reviews but whoever was making drinks at 10:55am 09/20/23 should make the drinks everyday! They made the drink exactly how I ordered it and it was PERFECT! It’s been a long time since I have received exactly what I ordered/wanted! The one at the window was busy but made the experience easy and fast without rushing me, or making it seem like an inconvenience. Great, quick experience!

Friendly workers, they said hello as we came in and “have a nice day” as we left. Asked me if I actually wanted coffee in my frappe or not which was weird but nice they think of that. Also offer eco-friendly cups for sale and give a 10 cent discount for using them. Great experience.

5/20/2025 9am. I don’t get coffee often and I was given two gift cards for Starbucks so I decided to use one today. Ordered breakfast for my son and a coffee for myself. The gal on drive through was pushy while placing my order and didn’t even acknowledge me in the window, just continued to take orders on the headset. She took my card out of my hand quickly (I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough for her) and then handed over two drinks and shut the window. I turned around to go inside to get my son’s sandwich. Again, more rudeness. Will never come to this location again.

Stopped at Starbucks thought I placed my online order must have not completed in my rush to work. I walked in and waited I was greeted and asked who I was waiting for they said they didn’t see it and I was going to grab my phone to reorder but they stopped me they knew my normal order made it and gave it to me said it was no problem. I apologized for the confusion they were super sweet and told me not to worry. They are always great when I stop in the mornings. Great crew there!
