The staff here kicks ass and every time I go here, they are working so hard and always communicate well. Seems like they’re a bit short staffed so sometimes the wait times get long, but to be fair the place is always super busy (drive thru). I always go inside to tuck in and work on stuff on my laptop (the inside space surprised me by how nice and cozy it is, I really enjoy it), so it doesn’t bother me at all if I do have to wait and my drink is always made correctly.

I’m so happy with my visit to Starbucks today! The customer service was absolutely amazing — everyone was super polite and friendly. The place was super clean and had such a nice vibe. I really enjoyed my mocha frappe and lemon loaf — they were both delicious! I always love coming here because they make my day a little brighter every time. ☕

A warm grande Peppermint Mocha is a must and my favorite “cup of cheer” for the holidays; it didn’t disappoint just missed the chocolate curls and the holiday splash stick. The ham and Swiss croissant was warm and delicious. Great drive-thru service to get my holiday treats!

Been in the drive through for 20 minutes already and STILL haven’t ordered. Talk about SLOW SERVICE. Don’t come here if you’re in a time crunch because you will be late to whatever you need to get to. This is incredibly frustrating & hopefully they can correct this in the future.

After spending $200 to earn 200 stars through the Starbucks app, I finally had enough to redeem a free drink. I was so excited, and spent a long time deciding online what I should use it on! I picked up my drink through the drive-thru, and I was disappointed driving away. My drink was made with only half of the ingredients that it was supposed to be. I essentially just received a plain matcha with my cold foam. No chai, no caramel, and definitely not an extra amount of cold foam as requested. I am very disappointed 🙁

Absolutely terrible, Nov. 7th placed a mobile order at 7:36am stated it should be done at 8:20 which is kind of absurd but whatever I showed up and waited until 8:35 for them to tell me it will be about another 15-20 minutes… over an hour for a cup of coffee? There were 7-8 staff workers so not so much short staffed but this is the second time this has happened so I won’t be back!

It is easier for me to order for app and then pick it up. But I add 3 to 5 bobba scoops or fruit dragon and it seems that they did not do it as it is because I always see them as the regular I ask for my daughter, so they should improve this because I pay an extra charge for nothing.

Went in this morning with my father. Didnt receive a ‘Good morning’ ‘hello!’ Not even a smiling face. Ive worked in customer service for almost 3 years. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention the wait on coffee. Ordered just normal coffees. Tell me why it took 25 minutes? Twenty five? There was also no “have a good afternoon” “thank you for your order.”
