I am all for being patient with new hires but Khole was super unprofessional. She out loud told me she didn’t know what she was doing that she was new, didn’t read back my order to me, didn’t know the menu (add on or customizable) she got 2 of my drinks wrong and when I approached the window she had hickeys on her neck, unneat clothing, was on her phone, and didn’t know how to scan in my points. No one was there to guide her so I do feel bad but this ultimately lies on the company. Really good at my orders and has very friendly stuff. It was not the case this time.

Every time I go to this Starbucks I am always reminded why I should’ve gone to the one on Columbia. It’s always one of these things (most often than not, several of these things) with this location: missing something, wrong order, long wait time, or bad customer service.
Save your time and go to the one on Columbia. Always have great service, they communicate well, and out of probably dozens of orders I’ve gotten from there, one MAYBE two were made incorrectly.

A glimpse of retirement life. I’m in no rush anymore and can sit at Starbucks and drink coffee. I love this place, the staff were friendly, the food was great and place was clean.

In Grand Forks, this is our go-to Starbucks. The baristas are super-knowledgeable and good at what they do. The atmosphere is closer to a classic Starbucks, with a cozy fireplace to take the chill out. I enjoy going there to get a drink and read a book or do a bit of work.
My only critique is that I wish they had more storage room at the location due to needing to put product in the hallways or right inside the entrance. I honestly wonder if they do enough business that they could take over the restaurant next door and just use the entire building. A regular small business would do that. A corporate chain like Starbucks? I’m not betting on it.

First off, getting into this Starbucks is a giant pain. You have to do a one-block loopty-loop to get around to it and then the parking lot is cracked, heaved and rough on the vehicle. However, it isn’t too hard to overcome. Second, I don’t drink Starbucks very often, but my daughter loves the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. We went with my cousin and her kids so there were like 8-9 of us in the party. They knocked out our drinks with a quickness. Service was quick but not that personable. (I understand that though. Big parties are difficult to deal with) We waited in the lounge area by the fireplace and chatted for the 4 or 5 minutes it took to get everyone’s drinks. Overall happy with the experience.

This Starbucks has struggled with giving timely service for so long. I think it’s been a year since I was last here. Today I stopped by around 2pm, only one car ahead of me, but I would guess I waited 10 minutes after planning my order for my drink. I’ve heard there is new management, and I’m hopeful they can pull it together.

Went for morning coffee on a Saturday at 9:30. Webb says they’re open app says they’re open no signage anywhere on the building when I drove up nobody answered the drive-thru and when I drove ahead to the window I was told they were closed. That’s poor service.

I love this location but I’m super disappointed that Starbucks as a company removed many menu items. I don’t like coffee so I always got a menu item they removed that had little to no coffee in it. Very disappointed in Starbucks, won’t be going there anymore unfortunately.

My shaken espresso tasted awful and other drinks have been lately. Plus, they overfill the drinks with ice, that I barely get coffee for how much I pay. My drinks lately from here have been lacking in taste, unfortunately. I get that it was the morning and everyone was busy, so that could be the issue. Quality goes down if employees are rushed.

Don’t go inside. Even though the drive through line is long, they prioritize drive through over walk in. So instead of waiting 5 minutes in the drive through line you’re waiting 35 minutes inside. They don’t call your name and label everything as “Toby” so you don’t know what order is yours as well as mixing it with every drive through drink they prioritized in front of you. Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Would not go back. I don’t blame the employees- it’s very poor management.
