Another Starbucks where everyone else is “Mark” or “Kara” when their drinks are ready, but when it’s my turn, I’m just “tall coffee.” That’s not a sign of a welcoming atmosphere, that’s a sign that they just give up on trying. I order my morning coffee from this store about 3-4 times a week. This time I just wanted a cup of water. Apparently a new policy prevents this as you have to buy something first. I wasn’t even given the option to pay for the cup of water. As a prior ASM kinda wild to do that to a regular.

We went here for a little treat, this place was beautiful. When we ordered our drinks that’s when the lady put in our drinks wrong. My friend ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade, light ice, no berries. Whenever we got our drinks we realized that there was berries and regular ice. Minus the fact that this happened it was a good experience and we hope to come back

I don’t order food as it all had eggs and I can’t have eggs but the pumpkin bread is always amazing!. I normally get the same drink every time and when they didn’t have the ingredients for it. They offered an alternative and it was the person helping me favorite. It was amazing!!

This has been the most friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to, every employee that has taken my order in the drive-thru seems to either love their job, or they are just great at customer service! I’ve been in a longer line before and they are really fast pace too! Whoever the manager is should be proud of keeping their employees on track!
