I stopped here for the free wifi and some iced chai latte, it was about $6, and legitimately 15 seconds after I ordered on their mobile app, they called my name for the mobile pick up. They’re very fast!

This is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to. There was just something chill about this place the staff was welcoming upon walking in and as people left while I was still sipping my Delicious Flat White, they thanked customers for coming in! Not many places say hello when you enter and thank for coming when you leave. And it was nice and bright inside as well! And you can get your coffee in a real cup if you want! I will definitely be back here!! So great!

Terrible interaction with baristas. I go to starbucks everyday and get a venti strawberry açaí with light water not because of the extra charge but because of the water inclusion. I was told that wasn’t possible for the first time here. I went yesterday and was told otherwise. He said so there’s no loop holes to get a drink.

What are we considering loop holes? a customization of a drink to my preference?

Was met with extreme attitudes as well definitely do not recommend. Extremely disappointed and feel disrespected.

5 plus baristas, no one in line and 2 cars in the drive thru yet there was no greeting, no can I help you, no acknowledgment at all. The baristas that did see me only looked away. I got to hear all about who is breaking and when, what the night before activities were and which employees were “slacking” the last shift. When someone did finally speak at me, it was after I had been at the counter to order for over 2 minutes, all that was said was “someone will be with you”. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. This will be the last time I stop at this location, also there were jugs of milk where the baristas take orders and none of the lids were on?!? Pastries set on top of the case for anyone’s hands to touch. I didn’t trust that the milk was not spoiled or that the danish was fresh. I paid for the merch and left without a drink or snack. Very disappointing and not a great way to start my day! 1343 university location, please do better and treat customers more kindly.

Sat-7pm -Rude manager and extremely slow service . A simple cold brew should not take 10 minutes with five employees standing around looking clueless. No one else was in the drive thru . Re-training employees and emphasize speed would help .

It can come across as quite rude when employees don’t offer water for free. Providing complimentary water is a basic gesture of hospitality that shows respect and care for customers. When guests are ridiculed for something as simple as asking for water, it can leave a negative impression and make the service seem unfriendly or inconsiderate. Giving water, on the other hand, is a small but meaningful way to create a welcoming atmosphere and demonstrate good customer service

I go there for coffee every day and I get the same thing every day As I’m bulimic and it’s all I can keep downjust to be told at the window that I couldn’t get my drink remade properly by Melissa. I usually Get a caramel frappe with two shots but today, Melissa made it aware that I was not allowed to come to that store anymore because I wanted to drink remade has anybody else experience this?

Coffee cake was great, I’ll still take Caribou Coffee over Starbucks any day, but this was closest. I like it cool but when I’m in a long sleeve t shirt and a hoodie and still cold….turn up the thermostat.

Very disappointed. Got their pumpkin loaf and Starbucks must have changed the recipe because it is dry and flavorless now. Just awful. Then I wanted a pumpkin chai and l they were out. Then I got an iced brown sugar shaken espresso and that just tasted like milk with a hint of flavor. If I wasn’t going to be late for work I would have gone back through the drive thru to get my money back. Super disappointing.

So my card was locked for some reason and it I don’t remember her name but she was really nice and said that I could have it for free all then my husband called me and was like I got the card to unlock so I called back and tried to pay for it but she says it’s ok it’s on us. She didn’t have to do that. She was very considerate. I’ve been having a very stressful week, so getting the coffee for free was really nice.
