I’m not a big Starbucks guy, but I might be now! Anna and Chloe were friendly and just made the overall experience. Seeing how all the employees talk to each other with such genuine kindness and energy was a breath of fresh air in today’s service economy. Coffee was also excellent.

Never open on time. Slow service at best. Genuinely think it’s about them and not the customer. Sad to see but it’s the reality we live in when companies miss the point and just start hiring warm bodies. This place suffers. Three strikes and you’re out….over flavored water. Smh.

Don’t speak to customers in a condescending tone when explaining the pickup process. The wait was completely fine. There was no need to come out to our vehicle and speak in that way. This employee needs to work on her tone and professionalism.

They aren’t open yet, and that’s fine. The one-star review is for the guy who opened the door and didn’t even bother to say hi but snapped at me that they weren’t open yet. Wouldn’t be for another couple of days.

Well it was not a great experience! First off it was my daughter’s birthday and she did not get her free drink! The baristas didn’t even tell her Happy Birthday just no she didn’t have the app for a year so she couldn’t get the free drink! She works at a Starbucks so she clearly has the app and has ordered within the year! What a disappointment! My drink was good but also ordered and paid for ventis but only got grandes on the other 3 drinks! Luckily we were just passing through so we will stop at a different one next time we drive through! Also maybe train your employees to be more excited for people who come to celebrate their birthday with you!!
