So I like to come here because it’s close to my work, I can pick a table and study, and it’s just a cozy place.
I got my spot like usual, and I had a free drink on the app, so I usually like to get something larger and with extras in it since it’s free! It’s my special treat once in a while to get extra with my order.
So I order my fun drink, it’s not super wild and crazy (just some extra shots and a little less syrup flavor) and a breakfast sandwich. I put my order through and am waiting at my table and I can hear the workers complaining about my drink…
I even ordered the sandwich so I could leave a tip, I wanted to be nice since it was a little more effort to make my drink than usual. My sandwich was the wrong one, and I know I should have said something and brought it up when I saw it, but honestly I felt like a jerk for my drink order and didn’t feel comfortable pointing it out after I heard the conversation from where I was sitting… I’m very non-confrontational, and I work as a bartender, so I totally understand how customer service can be sometimes.. I’ve even worked at a Starbucks before and it can be brutal with the amount of jerks and Karen’s that come in. So I try to be kind and understanding. After hearing that it kind of made me anxious to stick around and get my school work done.
I’m really sorry if my order upset someone, but please please, if the drink is frustrating maybe don’t complain about it right in front of the person who ordered it… I’ll try not to make weird orders anymore

Horrible customer service. Ordered a drink online & had someone pick up my drink for me since I was at work. I saw that they had made the wrong drink for me so I ran down there & let them know so I could get the right one..mind you I know that accidents happen which is totally okay, but when I told the gal, she just turned & told the other girl working…neither one of them said a word to me. They didnt apologize for the inconvenience, NOTHING. they acted as if I was bothering them! I am a very understanding person but this was the worst customer service I’ve encountered This was Saturday 10/04/25 around 11:45am. Very poor customer service.

The worst experience I’ve ver had at a Starbucks ever. I’m here right now June 10th at 6am and the person working is extremely rude. She started arguing over my drink order, makes no sense. I am shocked at what just happened. Was in a great mood and I go to Starbucks every day. Never have had service so bad.

This particular Starbucks has a very chill atmosphere and the baristas are very nice and skilled with the art of coffee (and other beverages.) It’s safe to say that my favorite part about the experience is the overall homey feel of the establishment. It’s bar-none my favorite place to go before a long day of work at the Alex Johnson Hotel.

I went in Got a caramel cold brew the lady just pumped the caramel in the cup not on the side and I’m a caramel lover and I need the caramel to fall to the sides on the bottom of the cup. Now my bf asked her to make it again and she said that I didn’t ask but anyone at Starbucks will know to put caramel around the cup. She proceeded to make comments went to the back and had someone else make it. The lady was rude about pretty much everything.
