Starbucks is GOYSLOP. There was nothing wrong with this location in particular. The barista was nice and the drinks came out relatively quick. The food tasted like microwaved crap and was completely unredeemable. Thank you though

Odd hours, understaffed, uncertain if they will be willing to make a coffee at 4:30pm on a Saturday. Choose a different store that is open during their business hours. Starbucks in Watertown isn’t sure if they are open or not.

So frustrating! Employees seem to be in such a hurry and don’t listen or if they do they don’t follow the order request so the drink comes out incorrectly. Just ordered an iced Americano with light water extra ice and there’s absolutely no ice in it. Who wants a warm iced Americano? It would be one thing if it happened infrequently, but it seems to happen Almost every time I make a stop.

Ordered two Peppermint mocha cream, Frappuccinos, had a coffee flavor to them. Second employee came to the window with raised voice saying she made them and knows there is NO expresso. I HATE coffee, and I know the flavor. She was so rude and did NOT want to make a new one. She reluctantly did. Sadly that experience now has me not wanting to ever go back to that location.

I usually grab black coffee (blonde roast). There’s nothing that is going to change at each Starbucks for their roasts (I guess they could mess it up if they wanted to). Every time I’ve ordered from this Starbucks the staff has been nice. I’ve never had a long waiting time here. My only knock is the environment. It’s not terrible, but it feels like it’d be cluttered with a few people in there.
