Oh my word, I have never had such rude customer service!! At a Starbucks no less?!

My drink was made wrong, I asked to just have cold foam added to the top. I wasn’t going to have them remake the whole drink.
She said it wasn’t made wrong.., I’ve had dozens if not hundreds of this drink. I know what it’s supposed to look like.
And anyways, Starbucks is known for being helpful and making sure you enjoy your experience.
I will never stop here again.

Came in thru drive thru on 12/26 at 9am.
Unfortunately for me, didn’t realize we put our mobile order in at a different location. Instead of having to drive over all the way to that starbs, the kind barista was super nice and went above and beyond to get my mobile submitted into their system so I could just pull back around for the drinks. Didnt get her name so hopefully management can piece who it was bc she was incredibly helpful, friendly and the sole reason I feel compelled to review the store.

I’m so sick of starbucks honestly this was the last straw i usually don’t care but they just always mess up the simplest drink and give me a white pink drink i don’t get it it says extra açai yet they don’t do that I’m sick of wasting my money and throwing away drinks that cost $6 i’m done starbucks

This is a rating on this specific location while the coffee is always good my issue is when you walk in the front door it smells like you are walking into a garbage can. I go to this location 3x a week in different season and it has smelt like this every time. I’m hoping a manager sees this to address it. It’s very unappetizing. Also the staff here are not usually as friendly as other locations with saying the little things like “have a nice day” or “hello” when you walk in and out to grab mobile orders.

This morning I went through the website to order, as I was trying to figure out which location was the closest. I ordered a coffee and oatmeal and added a 1$ tip. It did not stop me from ordering the oatmeal and I was charged for it. When I get to the windows I was asked if there was anything else I would like instead of oatmeal because they were out. I told her no, and pulled around. At the window she asks to scan my app to refund my oatmeal. I recently updated phones and did not have the app downloaded. I told her this and said I ordered through the website. She responded by saying, “Well, you may want to call the 800# then to get your refund”. Really….. so I replied, well I guess I will make it through life without my 4 dollars…. Just hard to imagine that is what I have to do to get money back for something they didn’t have….

Pumpkin was all out at this location and today was my birthday, but Liz went above and beyond to make me a birthday drink that was still amazing! She also made a drink for the person I was with who didn’t know what to get, and he really liked his too! We really appreciate her taking the extra time with us today!

Waited 15 minutes for a cold brew and a bagel. Finally left without the bagel. I asked very politely when I got my drink if bagel was still coming and the worker was very rude, didn’t even look up and said ya they’re working on it. I witnessed at least 2 other people walk out without their orders while I was there. It did not appear to be an understaffed situation. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and would never return to this location.
