This plays never fails to make the incorrect drink each time. I have tried to given this place a chance may times. The iced brown sugar shaken espressos are different each time I get them, either too little milk, or too much espresso that I finally ended up getting them from a different location that makes them perfect each time. I’ve ordered a pink drink with sweet cream instead of oatmilk and got a pink drink with cold foam on top. I’ve ordered an hot white mocha with cinnamon, and they didn’t put the whip cream or the cinnamon. The white mocha tastes like pure milk and their hot drinks are never filled to the top. I had to go back in and tell them they didn’t add whip cream or cinnamon, and that it tasted like milk, one of them said it would get remade and yet all they did was lift the lid and add whip cream and cinnamon. Their drinks are always wrong they never even taste the way they should. This location does not know how to make any proper drinks.

Ordered my drink the people were super nice, but when I looked in my drink after driving away, I found a thick dark hair, mind you I have bright blonde hair so it’s not mine! when I called, they say they couldn’t do anything about it except come and remake my drink. Why would I want you to remake my drink when there’s probably gonna be more hair in it?

Why is it so hard for this location to make an iced green tea the proper way? Its ironic the location on 57th seems to have it down, perhaps your team could cross train or perhaps just give a damn! Wish I could add photo to show the difference!

This has been my main starbucks location for about a year now recently though the coffees have been coming with a chemical taste like something wasnt rinsed properly after being washed and the residue is making its way into the coffee might be worth looking into not a pleasant taste.

Starbucks on Avera Drive was clean, busy but not too busy. This place had a swanky vibe and was frequented by mostly professionals in suits. I ordered a Spinach Feta Wrap. It was delicious and I don’t even like feta cheese! I would say, it is now, my most favorite breakfast meal. I didnt even notice it was a 290 calories! It was just the right crisp, had equal parts of cheese, spinach, egg whites, and tomatoes! It’s a prize winner in my book! I also got my usual Venti sized Chai Latte with Caramel. And I will be honest, it wasnt as good as some I have had in the past, but I suppose you can’t have everything (shrugs and smiles).

My mom and I ordered venti pumpkin spice lattes and they taste amazing but when we order a venti, we expect a venti. They gave us the coffee half full so I might as well have paid for tall. If you order a hot drink from here, check to make sure you don’t get shorted on half your drink. Not impressed.

I went through the drive through and I’m not sure if there wasn’t enough Frappuccino mix but my cup was filled with 3/4 whipped cream and only 1/5 frappe. For $7.00 I really feel ripped off and I was a loyal gold member.
