I bought a vanilla toasted oat milk but after getting my drink I could able to drink that only 3-4 times. Lol. I don’t know I ordered coffee or ice. Whole container was filled up with ice and there was a little bit drink only. I really don’t know do the 1 medium container Price is 6 bucks!!!!!! I think it should change! Really depressing

This is a new facility and I was excited about trying it out. Sadly they were out of many of the items my daughter and I first requested. We had to settle for alternates and although those alternates were good we were less than impressed by their lack of supplies. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon so that we can try them again.

Ordered and asked for lite ice. Got my drink back, half full of ice. I asked to return it. It was remade, but with little to no expresso! My son’s caramel crunch frappe had barely any crunch to it My remade drink was not good. it’s been sitting in my car for hours, i’m just gonna throw it away. Overpriced drinks should at least taste good!

The drive through person kept insisting on cane sugar when I asked for BROWN SUGAR 3 times. She did not know what brown sugar was and didn’t even mix the cream but just left it on top. I understand that this is a newly opened Starbucks, but please train your employees better. The starbucks at Hyvee has brown sugar and has never gotten my order wrong.

1st time at this location and it took forever! We sat at the window waiting for at least 10 min or more. They keeped bringing other peoples drinks up to window except mine. After all that time waiting and my drink wasn’t even very good! I would rather go to the one in Hyvee they make better drinks! I think I’ll just stick with Scooter’s! Thanks

Absolutely love this Starbucks location. I’ve been going there when they opened the doors at this store! I admire and adore the young women who know my husbands’ and I orders, whether it’s drive thru or in the store. I adore the manager and the barista’s!! I cherish the little conversations we have at the window or while ordering; and their smiles when i see them or they see me!!!! Special Blessings to this store and to the employees who have made an impact on my life, in a positive way!
