Great atmosphere when i was picking up my coffee. I got a caramel Macchiato, which turned out really good. The employees were very respectful, especially the young lady named Gwen. I would definitely recommend this place for coffee, whether you’re dining in or out!

I visit here regularly. The manager is a terrible person who recommended me the egg bites. Nothing wrong with the egg bites (or the manager), I just want them all the time. Same goes for the baristas (Susin and K shawn?) who recommended the banana bread matcha. What the heck even is cold foam?

Whenever I go to this Starbucks, something always seems to be wrong. Either I don’t like my drink, or the people working there are just simply rude. They don’t let you finish your thought, and it’s clear they get irritated when you don’t know what to order, which is somewhat understandable. But then, if you don’t tip because they were rude over the speaker, they seem to develop an even bigger attitude. I went there this morning and ordered a triple espresso with extra caramel drizzle. The guy who was making my drink barely gave me any caramel drizzle. So not only did I pay for something extra, but I didn’t even get what I paid for! Seriously, this place needs to do better. It seems like this behavior is just encouraged among the employees.

I just went through the drive through and I absolutely loved the service I didn’t get her name but the young woman with pastel hair was absolutely lovely she was so sweet and even made conversation with me while I waited for my drink! Honestly it was a big highlight of my day so far! I have never had anyone talk to me in the drive through!

I love this new location! The staff are always kind, friendly and helpful. I know not all young adults necessarily come equipped with amazing customer service and/or communication skills but I believe that they have the capability to learn with the right management and training. Kuddos to this team. I am always greeted with a warm hello from at least one employee if not several and leave hearing a “Have a great day!” Thank you for bringing JOY!

I love the location of this Starbucks. Just not a fan of the service. They seemed very annoyed when they helped me out, which I didn’t appreciate. This isn’t my first choice of Starbucks, but it is in a good location.

We were from out of town, and I have to say after driving across the country this starbucks had the best food i’ve ever eaten at any starbucks. Idk how that is bc i’m pretty sure they all serve the same food. But 9/10 at other starbucks my sandwich is sliding off of itself. BUT not here. My sandwich was intact and warm, the croissant was still soft and fluffy. The bagel was toasted to perfection, and soft. The ladies inside were quick with making our food and drink, they were kind and took care of us quickly even though they were busy with the drive thru
