For the early riser, on your way to work in the morning, the staff is incredibly friendly, has a fantastic selection, and there was no wait. Very clean, well lit, and easily accessible. This was my first visit and the relaxed atmosphere and a delightful environment made it a perfect stop.

Always very passive aggressive. I don’t talk much, just get my drink and go. She has made a comment to order my online order sooner to give them more time. What’s the difference if I’m in the drive through and order it or doing an online order and picking it up in the drive through.

Edit: I have an hour and fifteen minute commute to work. I went another 15 minutes out of my way to get coffee this morning… Pull up and they’re closed?!?! Come ON y’all what the heck!
Americano made by afternoon staff is perfect- One of the best I’ve gotten from a chain shop. Got one this morning and it’s SOOOOO watery, it’s like they did a single shot and filled the rest of the cup with water. If I had time I’d have gone back and had them remake it. I feel for the crew working this morning with a massive drive up line though.

Ordered my drink online, and immediately called the store to explain to them I wanted the drink to be more frozen than liquid as I’ve had to ask for the drink to be remade before. I arrived at the drive through 10 min after my order was placed, and the drive through worker said they would not remake it because it was an online order and they will be melted by the time they’re picked up. Their exact words. The other worker who I talked to on the phone came to the drive through and said they would remake it because when I called they thought I said I wanted it more liquid than frozen. They remade the drink to make it even more liquid. At this point I asked if they were willing to make the drink frozen and they didn’t understand what I was saying, so I took the drink and left. I’m so disappointed by the attitude and the comprehension of the workers today. The drink I got versus how the drink is supposed to be made. I spent $10 for a liquid “frozen” drink. Do better….

It was supposed to be an iced coffee but the coffee at the bottom was so hot it was not enjoyable.

Honestly, time-wise it’s better to go to any other Starbucks and be serviced and home faster than the Sartell one. They seem to have constant staffing issues and while online the store is advertised as open, they were closed with no one there in the morning. This is ridiculous. In addition to that, they are super slow. ALL THE TIME. You could be the only car in line waiting on one drink and it can take 15 minutes. If there’s other cars, don’t bother as you’ll get stuck for 45 minutes. I mean come on… something needs to be done. BBB report placed for false hours advertisement.

I usually go to this Starbucks on Fridays and Saturdays, so a bit busier days than normal. This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area, my food and drinks are always great and I love how friendly the staff is. They’re never rude even when busy and I love to reassure them that they’re doing a good job. I’ve never had to wait long even in a drive thru of 5+ cars or inside with a fair amount of other customers. I really love the seating area at this location too.
